Outstanding sums it up. The new door system is just wonderful . The installation was a pleasure to watch. Roger and Chris made it look easy. Very organized, and paid attention to details. Everything from the estimate to the completions was spot on. Well done

The remote controls for our garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and asked to make an appointment for someone to come and let me know if the existing opener could be fixed or if I needed a new one. No problem. The Service Technicians were at my house within an hour, checked my 20 year old opener and said a circuit board was bad and I needed a new one. No problem. Within 45 minutes, I have a new opener, 2 remote controls, my cars are programmed to the new opener and I have a keypad on the outside. WOW! These guys are awesome!!! I could not be happier!

I was truly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency of Wade (Initial Garage Door Replacement Estimate), Roger and Tristan (Replaced Garage Door and mounting hardware) for replacing my old wooden garage door. The door looks great and adds additional protection for my home should inclement weather develop in my home area. They answered all my questions and ensured that everything was working properly before they left. Kudos for a job well done! Thank you.

The technician new his stuff. Even though the door is very old he worked out a solution to our problem. I had originally called another company and they weren't interested in fixing our problem. Five stars for sure!

Darrell arrived on time and went right to work. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He actually saved me $100 for parts that he discovered I would not need. That's HONESTY. And he did all this over a holiday week-end! I would recommend this company to my mother.

Awesome. Same day service! Opener was beeping, suspect back-up battery was failing. Robert Hines was here within hours and had a replacement battery with him. Before he left he activated the HomeLink Button in our new Acura that I hadn't been able to do. Awesome!

Darrell arrived on time and replaced the gears in the garage door opener in a professional and timely manner , he also lubed the the track to make the door much less noisey and asked me to test the door and to see if I was satisfied with his work which I was. On the rating of 1-5 I would say a five.

The Tech actually arrived early, which was excellent. Although he was not able to repair the opener due to it's age and lack of parts, he did have a new one on his truck. Not having to wait and make another appointment was great.

Crew consisting of Roger and Triston arrive at my home within the time window allocated by the Precision office. I got a heads up phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Both technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. I am very pleased with both, the products I purchased (new garage door, opener, and accessories) and the installation performed by the Precision technicians. I have used Precision in the past and will definitely continue to use their services.
