Prompt, courteous service. Our technician was Mr. Sweat. He removed our old door and installed the door and our new belt-driven door opener. He explained the lubrication schedule and how to clean the door. He explained the wireless door opener and the type of light bulbs to use. He was also friendly and applied the military discount I forgot to request when I received the estimate. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service.

My spring broke on my garage door and I was unable to open my door. I called Precision in the morning and a serviceman was dispatched and at my house within 2 hours. They repaired it within 45 minutes and did a very professional job. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their garage door fixed. They fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me unwanted services.

On Wednesday November 23rd my garage door broke and you all had been recommended too me by a co-worker. I called and within an hour Corey and Blaine arrived. They were very professional and courteous and friendly. Great guys. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. I made the decision to replace the opener. Within an hour they had it replaced and everything cleaned up and it was back working again. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you so much.

We were leaving on Sunday and our door stopped working late Friday. We had to have something done on Saturday because one of our cars was outside and we couldn't open the garage door to put it in. I called Precision before 8 a.m. on Saturday and was given an appt that day. Wade arrived before his appt time, assessed the situation, gave a full estimate of the cost, and having all the parts he needed, went to work and finished the job in a little over an hour. We were so impressed with his timeliness and efficiency, nice guy. Would recommend Precision as the best.

Had a bad UV sensor. Sensors were replaced. Technician said remote was not working at range due to LED light bulbs being installed in opener. The LED lights interfere with the opener frequency. Replace a bracket and a hinge that was cracked. Technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I found Precision on Google and I'm so happy I did! Corey came to help me with the motor for my garage door. He said he could preform a tune up on the motor, but because of the age of it I just decided to have him install a new one. He had it installed in no time! He was quick and courteous. My new garage door opener came with lots of features and it's so much quieter! I'm very happy with Precision!

Precision was awesome to work with. Our garage spring broke pulling the arm off. When Justin came out he assessed the situation and offered options to fix the door. We are VERY satisfied with the response time and the service. When our garage door suddenly failed and fell part-way my car was outside but my wife's car was inside (undamaged). We needed the situation remedied fast. COREY HANE arrived promptly and provided superb service and technical expertise. I observed the entire repair and asked questions along the way. He immediately discovered the problem and why the door had failed. His work,answers to my questions and his service were exceptional.
