Darrell arrived on time and replaced the gears in the garage door opener in a professional and timely manner , he also lubed the the track to make the door much less noisey and asked me to test the door and to see if I was satisfied with his work which I was. On the rating of 1-5 I would say a five.

Crew consisting of Roger and Triston arrive at my home within the time window allocated by the Precision office. I got a heads up phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Home Advisor gave me two companies that install garage doors in this area. The first company that came to my home actually offered me a lower price for the work. However, when I mentioned the two negative reviews that were posted on Home Advisor, the salesman kept speaking but did not make eye contact with me for the remainder of the time he was in my home. Further, he literally turned his body away from me to the point that I was talking to his back! When the salesperson for precision doors came over, he was friendly, direct and honest, never losing eye contact with me. Needless to say, I chose Precision and it was an OUTSTANDING choice!! Precision Doors was at my home the next day and within 4 hours, I had the greatest garage door and automatic opener I could ask for. The technicians were experienced, hard working and had no problems explaining to me what they were doing. The door was in place and working and my old door was taken away. I could not be happier!!!

Excellent service!!! Our opener belt had broken and needed to be replaced. On arrival and inspection, the crew identified problems with the hinges improperly installed on both garage doors. They removed and reinstalled the hinges in the correct positions and did an excellent job of replacing the broken opener belt. I highly recommend PDS and look forward to working with them in the future.

Had the garage door opener replaced on November 23, 2016. Had a problem and called for Service. A Tech was sent out immediately to diagnose the problem. Discovered I had something blocking the range and the remotes nor the keypad works properly. It is a hit or miss of it opening. They will be back today to put a receiver on the box and replace remotes and keypad. Mr. Roger Sweat was very professional and explained everything to me. Could any of your Techs that have been to my house.

Fabulous same day service. My technician was Darrell and he was great. I would highly recommend your company and will be a loyal customer going forward. As I was leaving for work at 0645 this morning (or attempting to), my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. After googling garage door repair service companies in my area, I called several only to reach voice mail and leave a message (all were called at or after their advertised opening hours). Precision Door Service was the fourth company I called and the first to have a human being answer the phone. I described the issue and I was told that my technician, Wade, would be at my home between 1000-1200. Wade called me at 0940 to let me know he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived shortly after 1000, quickly assessed the issue, and gave me several options to choose from for repair and explained everything in detail. I selected my preferred option, and he immediately got to work. Start to finish, he was done in approximately 40 minutes. Wade was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair service - very glad that the other companies I called did not answer their phones!
