My house was struck by lightning and after calling precision for repair Jason was out that afternoon accessed the damage and made quick repair to my garage door.He called before arriving and also went over all work with me. Excellent service would give it 5 stars

I chose Precision because of the advertised availability (phone book). I rate the service performed and the Tech performing the service 5 stars. Wade was very professional in his actions and well informed on the type of garage door opener in question. He reviewed our actions and answered our questions about the door travel. He explained what he was doing and why. He adjusted the door travel, made sure the safety beam was aligned and setup the keypad. In the matter of minutes the garage door opener and all devices were operating as advertised. Thanks for the reduce stress and a job well done. Ron Adams

Always reliable and I know the work will be done right. Had a full door system installed in my new shop and was very satisfied with PDS on that job, so called them for some issues with the old one in my house. I have had 3 repairs and one total garage door replacement in the last five years. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience. Your technican, Justin was on time, courteous and professional. He finished the job in about 15 mins and gave me some good advice going forward. I will not use any other garage door company other than Precision from now on. Great company and a great experience.

Had major malfunction with aging door, rails, springs, and motor...what else could go wrong? Precision arrived within 2 hours of my frantic call the next morning, quickly assessed the situation, recommended 3 options, I picked a new garage door on a Friday and it was installed the following Monday. My inlaws were in need of a new garage door after the door came off the tracks. We contacted Precision first thing on a Friday morning and they were out within 2 hours. A new door was ordered and it was then installed on Monday morning first thing. Contacted Precision early one morning about my garage door failure... within minutes, i received a phone call from Justin advising he was on his way to my home.. when arrived, greeted very professionally and asked to help... i indicated the problem to him and upon discovery of my worn out garage door opener, offered a number of suggestions to what suited my budget... i opted for the PDS800 model... all of the parts were readily available and complete installation was done that day within 2 hours... was very impressed with their knowledge of the equipment, greased all the moving parts and changed out the rollers as well since mine were 10+ years old.... upon completion, Justin reviewed the operating procedures for all aspects of the garage door... cleaned up any mess they made and ensured i was satisfied... i am very pleased with this professional installation.

My garage door was making a horrible noise so I called Precision Door. I was very pleased that someone could take a look at it that very day (my day off from work). It was fixed and reasonably priced. He also advised me on how to take care of the door. I had no idea that I should have been lubricating it. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use PD again if needed.

From the telephone call to set appointment to the tech coming to my home EARLIER than scheduled, I will say that the entire experience surpassed my expectations.
