The fix was sooo easy, I now feel stupid! Been using this for 25 years (purchased through you guys) and didn't know about the "lock-out" feature on the inside garage button. Your guy held the lock-out button down for a few seconds, and everything worked fine! I had always just un-plugged the unit during summer vacations. Your guy even programmed the inside button of our GMC Acadia for us to use instead of the remote! We had never used that feature! No more batteries needed! Thanks! :)

The excellent reviews on the Internet were the reason I called, and I was not disappointed. Your techs were here within 2 hours. John Garris was the lead tech, and I am sorry I can't remember the name of the other tech. They were both wonderful. They explained everything they were doing and showed me the worn out parts. I did buy the lifetime policy, although with the quality of your parts I may not need it! Will definitely recommend your services to my neighbors.

Found Precision Door on Home Advisor web-site. Called on Monday afternoon, got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for Garage Door repair. Technician Wade McNeal evaluated the problem with my garage door. Had all parts needed on his truck to fix the problem. Installed new rollers, 2 new hinges, new garage door opener and keypad with 2 garage door openers and programmed my SUV to open/close garage door all this in about a 2 hour period at a very fair price. Best of all, a nice quite garage door opener. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great job.

I called at about 8am and Wade and his partner were at my home by 9:30am on the same day! I was super impressed with their response time. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was, they replaced parts and I was using my garage door within a very short time. This company is pretty impressive with their backgrounds on their employees and making sure you know who's coming to your home. Pretty amazing!

Highly professional organization that truly stresses customer service! To be honest I called a repairman at first before Precision, and as usual he gave me a story about he would have to come back.....and never returned! At the same time a neighbor down the street was having her door replaced and as I drove by I saw a very large truck, two young men, and lots of equipment putting in a new door.....It was Precision. So I decided to call, set up an appointment and bingo here they were. They advised me I really needed a new door, priced it out, ordered it, took my payment all in a very short matter of time. These two gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. Within a short period of time, my schedule, two new men were back with my new door. They went straight to work taking out the old and installing the new; in less than four hours I was up and running all brand new, it was great! I hope I get this right: Cory Hane, and Bailey Parker came first, did the inspection, and told me I really needed a new door and sold me the same! Then It was Triston Kelly and Mason Hines that brought my new door and installed it in minimal time. These guys are to be commended for there attitude, professionalism, appearance, and all around friendly nature. The job was "Spot One" and they constantly were cleaning up behind themselves. I/You couldn't ask for a better experience or company they are my new "GO TO"!
