I called at about 8am and Wade and his partner were at my home by 9:30am on the same day! I was super impressed with their response time. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was, they replaced parts and I was using my garage door within a very short time. This company is pretty impressive with their backgrounds on their employees and making sure you know who's coming to your home. Pretty amazing!

All I can say is awesome! I called (mid afternoon)and they were there, within 2 hours. The Tech, Wade, was very polite and greeted me with a handshake. He quickly accessed my situation and gave me a fair price for repairs. Before I knew it he was done. I highly recommend this company. This is my second time using them and I will continue to do so for my garage door needs. Great job guys.

Highly professional organization that truly stresses customer service! I had a problem on Sunday, and left an emergency message for the owner who quickly responded by sending a tech to help us out, even though they do not normally offer that service on Sundays. The response time was incredibly short. I called yesterday afternoon when the garage door broke, the broken springs were replaced and new rollers installed by 11:30 the next day. Highly recommend these guys !

Originally needed a new garage door and unfortunately picked a lower price competitor. After installation, it never worked correctly inluding incorrect adjustment with existing door opener. Finally called Precision and they were able to provide interim adjustments but they also told me the top panel windows didn't meet 140 mph hurricane rating (even though competitor said door was rated). Ultimately the top panel needed replacement as did the door opener. The opener replacement was my choosing. Both times, the Precision technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bottom line...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Would/will recommend Precision to all. Great job and many thank Darrell Williams!

We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Precision Door Service. Corey came out to provide an estimate the same day as our call and Darrell and an assistant came out to replace our garage door at the scheduled time. In an era when so many companies don’t seem to return calls, show up on time (or at all), or provide lackluster service it was refreshing to deal with a company with good communication and professional service from start to finish. The remote controls for our garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and asked to make an appointment for someone to come and let me know if the existing opener could be fixed or if I needed a new one. No problem. The Service Technicians were at my house within an hour, checked my 20 year old opener and said a circuit board was bad and I needed a new one. No problem. Within 45 minutes, I have a new opener, 2 remote controls, my cars are programmed to the new opener and I have a keypad on the outside. WOW! These guys are awesome!!! I could not be happier!
