Hunter was an excellent service technician. He was thorough and fixed the issue with my gate controller. Added bonus is he was a very nice person and took the time to show me how a multimeter worked. P.S it was my gate controller and not my garage.

Service was scheduled quickly and the technician, who showed up early, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I have always had superb service from the company from the installation of my hurricane-proof garage door in 2021 until now. I highly recommend this company.

This Guy did a great Job. Thomas got here late due to his previous job but evaluated the project and gave us 4 separate quotes and we decided one. He then setup a tech to come in the next morning But all were already slated for installations, so he checked his vehicle to see if he had everything to do the job, and did, so he installed it himself and did a great job in about 1-1/2 hours. I would definitely suggest Precision Garage Doors for all your Garage door needs. Thanks Thomas

Hunter Kinnard came out to my house on 12/10/25 to fix my garage door. Hunter was on time and when he arrived he was very professional and mannerly. He was professionally dressed. He looked at the garage to determine the issue. Once he figured out what was wrong he took the time to fully explain to me what the issue was and he explained in layman's terms, very easy to understand, what he would do to fix the garage door. Thank you Hunter for fixing my garage door and also for your great customer service.

I am a long-time repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service in Penscola and will continue to be in the future. Their service, as always, was very prompt, timely and efficient. Early on a Sunday morning my old garage door opener was activated by me and I was greeted by a loud grinding noise. i knew it (the motor) was trashed. I immediately made a call to Precision and expected I would have to have to leave a message (it was early Sunday morning) and was really quite surpised to be greeted by a lady who quickly found my name, phone and other particulars from the company previous service records. She assured me that I would be contacted and on Monday I was contacted by Alex Tran who arrived at my home and made all the arrangements for a new Liftmaster motor installation. A two-person team - Zamir Dyer and Jabre Jones arrived on Tuesday noon to take down my old door opener and install a new LiftMaster. .I observed these two young men and to me they seemed like the Dynamic Duo. They were polite (answered all my technical questions) while they worked as a well-coordinated team. The job/task was efficiently completed in an hour. I was really quite impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. Both are to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced- on time and on target! Well Done Precision! I had a technician come out and quote me a shocking amount of money to fix a minor issue. I called another local company who came out and fixed the problem the same day for $600 less than what this company quoted. Terrible service and explanation for why the cost was so high.

My detached garage door would not open and I asked our HOA residents for recommendations. They recommended Precision and I am so pleased with the courteous and professional service they provided. It was a simple reset needed and there was no charge. I did request several options on future maintenance and/or replacement which I am currently reviewing. Thank you for your helpful and quick response.

These folks are so good you are going to think this review is fake, but it’s not. You know you have a quality company when you call at 5:00 pm just hoping to get a service tech sometime during the week, and the repair tech is there before 6:00pm the SAME DAY. Fixes, in my case replaces the sensor pair, the problem and the bill is way less than you thought, including labor. And no extra charge for coming out on a freezing cold night and he had a smile on his face. The Precision Door people are ALWAYS professional, polite, efficient, and thorough. I would give them MORE than five stars if I could. Kudos and super well done. Many thanks.
