From the time the service technicians introduced themselves to the time they left they were outstanding. I was out observing for most of the repair and they advised me what they were looking for and the corrected actions. They even looked around to insure I would not have any other issues with my garage door. Great service and will refer them to friends that might need this type of service. Note: Price very reasonable

Found Precision Door on Home Advisor web-site. Called on Monday afternoon, got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for Garage Door repair. Technician Wade McNeal evaluated the problem with my garage door. Had all parts needed on his truck to fix the problem. Installed new rollers, 2 new hinges, new garage door opener and keypad with 2 garage door openers and programmed my SUV to open/close garage door all this in about a 2 hour period at a very fair price. Best of all, a nice quite garage door opener. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great job.

Highly professional organization that truly stresses customer service! I had a problem on Sunday, and left an emergency message for the owner who quickly responded by sending a tech to help us out, even though they do not normally offer that service on Sundays.
