We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Precision Door Service. Corey came out to provide an estimate the same day as our call and Darrell and an assistant came out to replace our garage door at the scheduled time. In an era when so many companies don’t seem to return calls, show up on time (or at all), or provide lackluster service it was refreshing to deal with a company with good communication and professional service from start to finish. I would strongly recommend this company.

The remote controls for our garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and asked to make an appointment for someone to come and let me know if the existing opener could be fixed or if I needed a new one. No problem. The Service Technicians were at my house within an hour, checked my 20 year old opener and said a circuit board was bad and I needed a new one. No problem. Within 45 minutes, I have a new opener, 2 remote controls, my cars are programmed to the new opener and I have a keypad on the outside. WOW! These guys are awesome!!! I could not be happier!

I was truly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency of Wade (Initial Garage Door Replacement Estimate), Roger and Tristan (Replaced Garage Door and mounting hardware) for replacing my old wooden garage door. The door looks great and adds additional protection for my home should inclement weather develop in my home area. Awesome. Same day service! Opener was beeping, suspect back-up battery was failing. Robert Hines was here within hours and had a replacement battery with him. Before he left he activated the HomeLink Button in our new Acura that I hadn't been able to do. Awesome!

We chose Precision Door because of the same day service and the overall good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Corey arrived and quickly assessed the overall condition of our door. We have a 40+ year old wood door that was in dire need of attention. Corey very patiently rebuilt the track parts and with new springs etc. It was lifting better than ever.

Excellent service!!! Our opener belt had broken and needed to be replaced. On arrival and inspection, the crew identified problems with the hinges improperly installed on both garage doors. They removed and reinstalled the hinges in the correct positions and did an excellent job of replacing the broken opener belt. I highly recommend PDS and look forward to working with them in the future.

My spring broke on my garage door and I was unable to open my door. I called Precision in the morning and a serviceman was dispatched and at my house within 2 hours. They repaired it within 45 minutes and did a very professional job. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their garage door fixed. They fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me unwanted services.

We were leaving on Sunday and our door stopped working late Friday. We had to have something done on Saturday because one of our cars was outside and we couldn't open the garage door to put it in. I called Precision before 8 a.m. on Saturday and was given an appt that day. Wade arrived before his appt time, assessed the situation, gave a full estimate of the cost, and having all the parts he needed, went to work and finished the job in a little over an hour. We were so impressed with his timeliness and efficiency, nice guy. Would recommend Precision as the best.

I found Precision on Google and I'm so happy I did! Corey came to help me with the motor for my garage door. He said he could preform a tune up on the motor, but because of the age of it I just decided to have him install a new one. He had it installed in no time! He was quick and courteous. My new garage door opener came with lots of features and it's so much quieter! I'm very happy with Precision!

I called Precision door on the day after we saw a TV add and had been waiting for another service to come out. The crew from Precision Door came out that same morning at the time promised and repaired our garage door and were very courteous efficient. I give Precision Door five stars.
