I have made attempts for service at other Garage companies prior to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service due to the fact they were on my Home Warranty list for vendors. With horrible service or LACK there of, I was offered to seek services outside of my Home Warranty's vendor list and was recommended Precision door service. I was amazed by the immediate and professional communication by the staff at Precision Door Service. I was sent an email confirming my appt, as well as a text AND photo of the technician that would be attending my appt. William was very informative with the proper procedures of garage door installation and answered any questions I had. Professionalism and respect of others time was presented with my interaction with this company from my initial contact. Definitely blew the other two companies out of the water that I reached out to for service. Highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door needs.

Our garage spring could not be opened due to a spring. We called Precison and they sent a service technician the same day. The technician was courteous , very knowledgeable, and I had him do a complete overhaul of the replacement springs and all garage door componments. The garage door now closes smoothly and you can hardly hear it operating. Price for complete repair was very reasonable.

I was referred to Precision Doors by the Honey Do Service in Fort Walton Beach. Dave at Honey Do said they had used Precision Doors several times and was always very pleased with their service. I called Precision yesterday evening and they assured me their technician would be here this morning (Friday). The technician, Hunter, was here on time and evaluated the condition of the door. Both springs and cable were broken. He gave me options to just replace the broken parts or to replace everything except the door itself and the track it runs on. Since the door system was over 20 years old I chose the whole enchilada. This option was twice the price but still a value option. Hunter was quite efficient and very professional. He had it all done in about two hours. I'm glad Hunter recommended the complete overhaul because every bearing in the system was on its last legs. Hunter and Precision Doors provided excellent service. I heartily recommend them to resolve any garage door issues you're having.

Quick service. Repair performed same day as service call request. Polite and professional service technician quickly replaced springs, bearing, and knockout plates. Technician even sprayed rollers, wheels, and hinges to decrease door noise.

Last night I opened my garage door and when I tried to close it I got an error message saying my opener had a bad board. The opener was about 5 years old so decide to replace the opened instead of trying to repair it. I noticed that my door seemed awful heavy like there was a problem with the springs. I had just upgraded my door hardware and springs through Precision Doors a few months ago so I decided to ask for a tech to come out and make sure there were no issues with the door before I installed a new opener. They sent Hunter out and he was on it and had it figured out. In no time. Later on, when I was setting up my new opener something happened and the drum on the right side slipped on the shaft causing my door to be partially open on the left while all the way to the floor on the right. It was late in the day but I called saying I would really like him to come back and straighten it out. He came back within about an hour and found and fixed the problem much quicker than I thought possible. Thanks to Hunter and Precision Door, everything is back to normal now with my door and the opener. I really appreciate how they kept me informed and thst a Hunter went the extra distance to fix my issue so late in the day. I will not have any other company work on my door. Thanks for a great job!
