On time. Assessed what I needed and had it on their truck. Professional and polite. Would use them again, but I think they did such quality work that I won’t have a chance for a few years.

Jake came on time and measured our doors expertly. He paid attention to any specific needs we may have .. salt air environment.. hurricane ratings .. tall vehicles.. Explaining products they offer and will email pricing and products suggested. Overall, we felt like they know their products and installation needs.

Working with Precision Door was a delight from start to finish. They were able to get someone to my house within a day of calling them. Travis was extremely communicative about his arrival time and walked me through his inspection of my garage door. His installation of the new unit was quick. I appreciated the time he spent explaining the new system. Excellent service all around!

Mr. KD Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I was very impressed with his work and attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised he had all the parts needed onboard to do the job! I can now enjoy the Memorial Day weekend as my vehicle is no longer stuck inside my garage! Thank You JD and Thank You Precision.

Replacing my 23 yo broken door opener was an easy process. Jake was friendly, very helpful and professional. My options were thoroughly explained, with pros and cons to each. He checked the door mechanics as well. I’m a happy customer with a door that now opens easily and so quietly!

I have made attempts for service at other Garage companies prior to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service due to the fact they were on my Home Warranty list for vendors. With horrible service or LACK there of, I was offered to seek services outside of my Home Warranty's vendor list and was recommended Precision door service. I was amazed by the immediate and professional communication by the staff at Precision Door Service. I was sent an email confirming my appt, as well as a text AND photo of the technician that would be attending my appt. William was very informative with the proper procedures of garage door installation and answered any questions I had. Professionalism and respect of others time was presented with my interaction with this company from my initial contact. Definitely blew the other two companies out of the water that I reached out to for service. Highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door needs.

Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, Scott passed on Sept. 13th and I'm trying to catch up on his delinquent emails. I think my guy's name was Chris Taylor and I thought he was very personable and professional as well as his co-worker (whose name I don't remember...I think I remembered Chris's because I have a brother named Chris. Anyway, everything was awesome! I LOVE MY GARAGE DOOR! Leslie Fryxell

Our garage spring could not be opened due to a spring. We called Precison and they sent a service technician the same day. The technician was courteous , very knowledgeable, and I had him do a complete overhaul of the replacement springs and all garage door componments. The garage door now closes smoothly and you can hardly hear it operating. Price for complete repair was very reasonable.

I was referred to Precision Doors by the Honey Do Service in Fort Walton Beach. Dave at Honey Do said they had used Precision Doors several times and was always very pleased with their service. I called Precision yesterday evening and they assured me their technician would be here this morning (Friday). The technician, Hunter, was here on time and evaluated the condition of the door. Both springs and cable were broken. He gave me options to just replace the broken parts or to replace everything except the door itself and the track it runs on. Since the door system was over 20 years old I chose the whole enchilada. This option was twice the price but still a value option. Hunter was quite efficient and very professional. He had it all done in about two hours. I'm glad Hunter recommended the complete overhaul because every bearing in the system was on its last legs. Hunter and Precision Doors provided excellent service. I heartily recommend them to resolve any garage door issues you're having.

Kyle Wall exceeded my expectations. Polite, informative & his attention to detail is top notch. I had purchased a side mount garage door opener, Kyle informed me that this would be his first install of that type of an opener and needless to say he did not disappoint. The reason I only use Precision Doors is because of employees like Kyle!
