I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. Definitely a 5-star company! I was able to get opener installed the same day I called. Technician called to see if I was available a little early (most people keep you waiting for hours!!), & texted his bio along with a pic so I'd know it was him. Work was fast, quality work, and I had mine connected to Wi-Fi, so he gave me privacy to enter my Wi-Fi password as well as to install smart phone app. Courteous, kind, efficient and these guys know their work! No hesitation is buying from them again or recommending to a friend!

This is by far the very best garage door opener we have had in any of our homes. The key pad for the outside was acting up and all it took was a quick phone call in the morning by that afternoon the tech was on hand and the replaced the pad. Was still under warranty so no cost to us. I do and will continue to recommend Precision Garage door products. Thanks for a great product and super service.

The spring on our garage door broke as soon as we entered garage and closed the door. My husband was at work and wasn't able to come and see what is going on. I've googled garage door service companies and called 3 companies prior to Precision. None of those companies answered the call. Precision answered right away and worked very hard with me on helping me out with the problem right away. They send a technician named Daniel. Daniel arrived very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of our problem and gave us a very good price for it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They are very professional, respectful, and their prices are very reasonable!

I couldn't be more pleased. The technician, Austin, took his time in analyzing what was needed, explained what had to be done and gave a very fair estimate. William did a great job!! Fixed the bent track, replace the opener connection that was ripped off and rehung the door properly. Did it all in about 40 minutes and everything works fine. I highly recommend this company. He saved me having to get a new door for $1450 with a $ 300 repair. Only regret is I can onl give 5 stars!

I called Precision Door because garage door wouldn't open, due to a broken spring. I was surprised at how quickly technician Wade McNeal was here to do the repair. He checked everything and not only replaced the spring, but replaced the rollers as well. Wade did an excellent job and I will certainly use and recommend Precision Door in the future. They get a 5 Star Rating for sure.

This is an update to my previous posting. Upon inspection of the parts that were supposed to have been replaced, it was discovered that the cables were not replaced, even though the repairman said they were and he billed me for them. Jason (Manager) had a different repairman out the next day to replace the cables. In addition he authorized the upgrading of my springs, replaced both end bearings and gave me a lifetime warranty. That's good customer service. Thank You Jason.

Your Technicians were ahead of scheduled and called to let me know and they arrived about 30 minutes ahead of time. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and appearance. Both shook hands and introduced themselves then asked what the problem was with the door. It turned out to be something very simple and I felt stupid for calling but they didn't make me feel that way. Would I recommend you guys I would say Heck Yes...Also your website is really good...demos everything that I as a client would want to know. MANY THANKS!

I apparently was the last customer of the day. Without even examining the garage door opener, I am told the "mother board" is "probably" out and quoted a enormous amount to replace it. Then I was told the "motor" was "probably" out and quoted even a larger amount to replace it. After I asked how did he know then when he did not even inspect the garage door opener, he said he would get his ladder. I am not sure what he did as I stepped into the house and when I came out he said the was a screw that was too tight and he loosened it to allow the garage door to open. Then he said he could do the a tune up that normally cost $50 more than the $39.95 he would charge me. like he was doing me a favor. So for the visit and the service I paid $49.95 plus the $39.95 for a total of $89.90. after I agreed and stepped back into my house and out within 10 mins. he said he was done. I am not sure really what he did other than loosen a screw and . Then after he was gone all my remotes and keyless entry was not working. So I made another service call and told the scheduler I was not going to pay anything else. However, I work out of my home and to be available for a 2 hours time span was no good for me. I felt like if I had just agreed to having the mother board replaced or the total garage door opener he would have done it and I really would have been screwed. I do not like the Tech not introducing himself to me either. In looking up who the Tech was, his name is John Garris. Choice below of what service was performed, I just picked one in order to submit the review.

We inquired about some noise that was bothering us. Mason was our Technician and explained to us that the noise was from our chain drive opener and not the rest of the door system. After explaining our options, Mason installed a Belt Drive Opener with WiFi capabilities. We are very pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with our Technician/Installer. We highly recommend Precision and their staff for any of your Garage Door needs.

Finally, after all these years I was able to discover the answer to one of my recurring questions "how does someone run into their own garage door?" So, as it turns out it is really easy to run into your own garage door. Anyway, after a brief look at the damage and a little self attempt at repairing the door enough to operate, I soon found out I needed help. I called Precision late in the day and Corey was at my home within a very short time. Corey was able to repair the door enough to operate and we ordered the bottom panel that I had damaged. After a week or so the new panel was in and Darrell came to replace the bottom panel at the planned time. It took less than an hour to install the new panel and have me up and running again. Everyone from Precision was very nice and respectful, not even any laughing at my dumb mistake. They say it happens all the time. OH, the vehicle should be out of the shop later today...
