Just had a garage door replaced by Roger Sweat and his partner (Triston). They both did an excellent job. Their workmanship was at the highest quality and there team works outstanding. I had heard a lot about Precision before I needed their service. We found out that Precision is much more than we first thought. When a spring broke last Saturday I figured I would not find anyone to come and help me on a weekend at a reasonable price. Precision proved me wrong. From the quote and appointment times I receive from a chat session I was immediately glad that I had called them. Then when I received my appointment confirmation, the name of the Service Representative that was assigned to my situation I also receive a full professional profile of Roger Sweat and the complete Precision workforce. I knew the background of Roger before he arrived at our home. Roger also arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled that also was a blessing. The quality of work that we received and the cost of the Service provided convinced me that Precision is the company I will call when I need garage door service in the future THANK you Roger and THANK you Precision.

Darrell Williams was the person who did my door installation. He was on time both for the initial inspection (proposal) and installation. I am retired Navy and timeliness is very important to me. I interviewed other companies but their personnel did not appear as professional as Precision's. Darrell made sure the installation was done correctly and that all old material was removed from my property. My only problem with Precision was when I attempted to accept your proposal. After four phone calls and several days I informed your people that "this is the last call" and I'll be going elsewhere. Luckily I was so impressed with Darrell that I stuck it out and finally got through to Jason who completed the deal. I am retired military and a senior citizen but did no get discounts associated with those identities as I see offered on this letter.

Bobby and the team never cease to amaze me and over deliver on what I consider fantastic service already. Garage door motor went down over the weekend and placed a call in to get someone on site. With most vendors, you expect a week or so to get out to see you and then you hope they actually remember to show up. Not with Bobby and his team! I was told a tech would be onsite Monday morning at 8:30 and ready to address our repair issue promptly. How awesome is that! In addition to the quick service time, I was notified when the tech was on the way and who it was which made it very easy for us to plan our day. Tech showed up, was very professional and as always, a quality job was completed. I have used Bobby and his team on several occasions and could not be happier with every aspect of their quality and service levels. Customer for life!

Have to admit I was a little nervous when I found out that our service tech, Roger Sweat, would be our tech for the repair of our garage door as he was new to Precision Door Service company but he informed us he came to the job with 26 years of repairing/installing garage door experience. Roger quickly found the reason why our garage door would not open and installed a top of the line spring, cable, and roller kit. Our door works better than it ever has and is 100% quieter. He also figured out why our remotes were not working properly and suggested we replace the LED bulbs on the door opener with GE "rough service" light bulbs. It solved our remote control garage door opener problems instantly!!!

I only called your company because you advertise servcie within 4 hours. It was early afternoon when my garage door broke and I needed to be able to close it for the night. I was given a time of 5-7 PM when I ordered service and I was happy with that. But, I was even happier when you were able to service it 2 hours earlier and be done well before a scheduled event I was having at my house that evening. Jason and Darryl did a fantastic job ! I LOVE my new opener which I hadn't intended on buying but am now glad I did and my garage door works perfectly now and may hold up until REBUILD NW Florida gets around to me! One of the springs broke this morning so I started a web search for a company to replace it and found Precision with excellent reviews by their customers. I called shortly after 8am when they opened and Justin was here at 8:45. He looked at the problem and provided me three quotes for different levels of service with no up selling. I made my choice and a little more than an hour later we were ready to test. Door lowered ok but it was clear that when the door dropped when raising it and the spring broke I had a stripped component. Justin immediately identified the component - found the replacement part in his truck and 10 minutes later he had picked up his tools and moved everything of mine back into place. Polite, courteous and very professional. Knows his stuff - highly recommend this company and Justin.
