Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.

I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. I can tell he's very concerned about getting me a quote on a wood door, which is atypical construction material these days.

Definitely a 5-star company! I was able to get opener installed the same day I called. Technician called to see if I was available a little early (most people keep you waiting for hours!!), & texted his bio along with a pic so I'd know it was him. Work was fast, quality work, and I had mine connected to Wi-Fi, so he gave me privacy to enter my Wi-Fi password as well as to install smart phone app. Courteous, kind, efficient and these guys know their work! No hesitation is buying from them again or recommending to a friend!

This is by far the very best garage door opener we have had in any of our homes. The key pad for the outside was acting up and all it took was a quick phone call in the morning by that afternoon the tech was on hand and the replaced the pad. Was still under warranty so no cost to us. I do and will continue to recommend Precision Garage door products. Thanks for a great product and super service.

The spring on our garage door broke as soon as we entered garage and closed the door. My husband was at work and wasn't able to come and see what is going on. I've googled garage door service companies and called 3 companies prior to Precision. None of those companies answered the call. Precision answered right away and worked very hard with me on helping me out with the problem right away. They send a technician named Daniel. Daniel arrived very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of our problem and gave us a very good price for it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They are very professional, respectful, and their prices are very reasonable!

I couldn't be more pleased. The technician, Austin, took his time in analyzing what was needed, explained what had to be done and gave a very fair estimate. I didn't need more estimates as I was satisfied with what was presented to me. He worked diligently and checked and double-checked everything upon completion. I requested a technician to inspect, lubricate and adjust garage door. Kirby arrived on time, extremely proficient, quick, informative. After performing the maintenance I had requested, He instructed me in the proper care and routine lubrication of the door. William did a great job!! Fixed the bent track, replace the opener connection that was ripped off and rehung the door properly. Did it all in about 40 minutes and everything works fine. I highly recommend this company. He saved me having to get a new door for $1450 with a $ 300 repair. Only regret is I can onl give 5 stars!

I called Precision Door because garage door wouldn't open, due to a broken spring. I was surprised at how quickly technician Wade McNeal was here to do the repair. He checked everything and not only replaced the spring, but replaced the rollers as well. Wade did an excellent job and I will certainly use and recommend Precision Door in the future. They get a 5 Star Rating for sure.
