Decided to upgrade my garage door opener to a newer model that I could control with an app. The team from PDS notified me via email with an appointment confirmation, the tech called me in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.
