Could not recreate the problem. But the tech didn't charge me so that is good. Because of that I will definitely call Precision when I need a new opener. He was professional and honest with me. That means a lot Thanks

My garage door stopped working. I called Precision in the morning and they are at my house early afternoon. The technician Schad was awesome. He explained to me the problem along with the solution. Within an hour and a half I had a new garage door opener along with many new parts. The door sounds amazing now. Such smooth movement. Thanks again Precision

He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. Decided to upgrade my garage door opener to a newer model that I could control with an app. The team from PDS notified me via email with an appointment confirmation, the tech called me in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.
