Schad Markham was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and was very clear in communicating what needs to be done and why. Plus we got a call back from them almost instantly. Gave us a same day appointment, and Schad even arrived 30 minutes before the arranged time. What a great experience!

My garage door stopped working. I called Precision in the morning and they are at my house early afternoon. The technician Schad was awesome. He explained to me the problem along with the solution. I previously used Precision to replace my garage door spring, and I was so pleased with the customer service and pleasant personality of the staff. I needed an emergency repair on my garage, and I immediately contacted Precision. Austin Young (technician) and his co-worker arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the service that was to be completed. Austin patient answered all of my questions, and explained the full needed repair in detail. Best choice for all garage door needs! I called that morning. The person who answered was professional, responsive, and listened! She sent a Excellent tech out. He explained everything. Gave me options. Best & better. Both affordable. GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Very important. To my husband a Veteran. Thank you The tech quickly went to work. In less than an hour. He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. He had already taken care of that for me. For now. Then he explained the billing. He went over everything. He showed me what was changed out. He went above my expectations! He again was very professional. Most important. This option had a ten yrs Warranty. Absolutely no one these days gives that kind of warranty. They stand behind parts and quality of labor! I felt he wasn't rushing me. Even thou his Saturday was quickly being filled with more work orders. I picked the Very best company. I will ask for this tech again. Decided to upgrade my garage door opener to a newer model that I could control with an app. The team from PDS notified me via email with an appointment confirmation, the tech called me in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. The upgrade was completed by the PDS and the new opener is amazing. The technicians were polite, professional and I am very happy with every aspect of my upgrade. Customet for life!

Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.
