Tech arrived early which was really appreciated on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem and got right on it, fixed it and was on his way. Your previous tech left a sticker next to our open/close button and I was satisfied with him so I called again and was pleased with this gentlemen and will give him/you a 5.

They came out to evaluate the same day I called. Important to me because I cannot manually lift my door. Immediately identified the problem and gave me three alternatives for repairing the door lift. I chose the one that would get my repair done as quickly as possible. They did not have the part needed on the truck, so I would have to wait until the next day. The only thing that I was not pleased about was that they did not call me to schedule the repair. I had to call them the next day, but they did offer to send the first available repairman to my house. Problem solved.

Called to replace broken spring, which was done, Technician continued to check components, strongly suggesting replacing motor, nearly $500.00, since it was loose. He said tightening was not possible. He was questioned repeatedly about this. We deferred additional repair at this time. Costal Garage Doors were called, repair and service call was accomplished for $55.00 Simply replacing a grommet & tightening, What a RIP-OFF, would NEVER use Precision again.

I called Precision Door because garage door wouldn't open, due to a broken spring. I was surprised at how quickly technician Wade McNeal was here to do the repair. He checked everything and not only replaced the spring, but replaced the rollers as well. Wade did an excellent job and I will certainly use and recommend Precision Door in the future. They get a 5 Star Rating for sure.

I got quality and prompt service from your technician. However I was told that I was buying the plan that offered a transferable lifetime warranty. When I printed it out I found that it is only good as long as I am the one who still has the garage door that was repaired. There are several things that the door needed but you only have room to show one item, on this review, that was replaced.

My husband and I both worked and the garage door broke and we couldn't get the cars out to go to work. I immediately called Precision and spoke to a wonderful customer service person, who told us someone would call us shortly and that his name was Darryl. Not long after Darryl called and came over during his lunch hour to fix the garage door. He was pleasant, efficient and most professional. Our door was fixed and off I went to work, and my husband is going this evening. Thank you so much. We have used Precision since we purchased the house in Pensacola, and will continue to do do .
