Looked up garage door repair/install and saw your company name. I have seen your trucks all over Pensacola also. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and professional. Your install person, Jason, was very good. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is due to the fact that I had to do all of the follow up on checking to see if the parts were in and then to see if and when the installation was going to be scheduled. After Jason left the first time on 5/13, I never received any calls to let me know what was happening. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted Precision Door Service for repair on an existing garage door opener (25 years old). Technician determined that the logic board was bad and recommended that the existing door opener be replaced due the the age of the equipment. The technician, Alex Tran, installed a complete new system in just over an hour. Alex was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service provided and also a very good product was installed. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

I had my garage door replaced with a Wayne Dalton door the beginning of April. I noticed top 2 panels weren’t aligned properly. I notified your company and today your technicians replaced all 4 panels. However the top 2 panels had the same problem. The technicians did the best they could with the panels. I suggest you discontinue installing Wayne Dalton doors. They are an inferior product.

Decided to upgrade my garage door opener to a newer model that I could control with an app. The team from PDS notified me via email with an appointment confirmation, the tech called me in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. The upgrade was completed by the PDS and the new opener is amazing. The technicians were polite, professional and I am very happy with every aspect of my upgrade. Customet for life!

Wonderful experience start to finish. My garage door spring broke on Mother’s Day. I called Precision and the service rep was very personable and professional.
