After getting a quote from American Door for over $650 to replace a torsion spring, I decided to give these guys a shot. Same day appointment for a quote AND repair (within an hour, actually) and did it for less than half of American's quote. The tech Austin was super cool, punctual, and knocked the repair out in no time. I can't recommend these guys enough and they're 100% my go to in the future.
Thats the perfect review Mr Strickland! Austin does a wonderful job for us here at Precision. We also appreciate you telling your friends and family about us. Please don't hesitate to contact if you need anything in the future!

NO COMPLAINTS...WERE ON TIME AT 8AM WHICH SURPRISED ME. THEY CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE...I ONLY WISH THEY HAD RUNG THE DOOR BELL INSTEAD OF WAITING IN THE TRUCK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SPRAYED THE DOOR LININGS AND ADVISED ME NOT TO USE WD-4O. TOLD ME THE PROPER SPRAY TO USE AND WHY. YOUR COMPANY IS A-OK WITH ME. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.
Thank you for taking the time write out a review Mr Roberts. When the techs first get to a job site there is a few things they need to prepare. While it is beneficial to knock or ring the doorbell when we first arrive sometimes they choose to knock out tablet work before hand. We are extremely happy to hear they are educating customers on preventative maintenance as well as earning your 5 star review. We look forward to working with you in the future!

Thanks for the help.

Talk about service! I called to have my garage door checked on the 23rd of December and had a tech out to fix the issue at my house 30 minutes later. Austin had a new garage door opener installed in less than an hour and I won’t have to worry about my car outside on Christmas. Thank you so much!

William Squires, our Technician, was awesome. I could have just had him to a quick repair job but he was so professional and competent in explaining everything else he could do at a very good price, how could I refuse. We now have a top of the line garage door opener system, so quiet and smooth. AND, it was all done with 60 minutes notice from when I called them to William showing up, with all the needed equipment. This window doesn't allow be to show all the new items we have
Thank you for the feedback David. We are very proud of WIlliam and the work he does here at Precision. Thank you for taking the time to let us know you were pleased as well. If you ever have questions feel free to contact us any time!

I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. I can tell he's very concerned about getting me a quote on a wood door, which is atypical construction material these days.
Thanks for the feedback Mr Johnson. We are glad you enjoyed the service! We wish you the best on whatever business venture you jump into! Remember to give us a call if you have any issues with your garage door!
