Precision Garage Door is really good!! Jacob came out today to fix our double garage door that had several old age problems. He did a great job and was totally honest about all the options I had to get my door working based on price. We have used them before and they never disappoint!!

I rarely give 5 stars on reviews, but Brian and Precision Door deserve that if not more. With serious hiccups on oiur 20-year-old-plus opener and erratic universal remote, we needed help. Precision responded well on a very good chat service and set up an appointment the day after we chatted. Brian was personable, concerned for our needs and went through check efficiently. He showed me how the hiccups could relate to a bad board in our opener, and we agreed on a new and much quieter belt opener. Within a bit more than an hour he had uninstalled the old equipment and put in all new equipment, setting a new outside code as well. And the total price was well within what we expected to pay for all of it.

Called Precision one afternoon about garage door not opening/closing properly. Early next morning Joshua arrived right on time. He diagnosed problem promptly and corrected it in short order. Then performed a "tune up" on the door. An additional problem was discovered and Joshua returned early the next morning to take care of that issue. Dealing with Joshua and Precision has been a positive experience for me. I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future if the need should arise.

Brian, it wasn’t long after Brian arrived did I realize he is a very talented service technician. He asked me to explain the problems I encountered with the door not operating properly, once I finished he began his portion of the visit. Shortly after he began he discovered a few problems and he immediately made the adjustments, tested the door several times to insure the problems were solved. He then asked if I used Mq door software, I informed him I was not aware of that. At that point he took the time to assist me in downloading and setting it up. What a great app to have with the door. Once again great tech and equally so for Precision Door.

Alex Tran did the work and I am very pleased. He was courteous and left the garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. He installed a new opener, rail, spring and nylon rollers. It's unbelievably quiet. This was my second time doing business with Precision, they installed a new garage door 8 years ago, wouldn't use anyone else.

Great service! I called at 8:20am. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am to 2:00pm the same day. Brian, the technician, called and said he arrive about 10:50am, if that was okay. Brian was very professional. He checked our garage door completely and suggested several repair options that would fit our budget. Brian finished the repair ahead of schedule. Before Brian left, he made sure the garage door worked perfectly and we were completely satisfied with the repair. No pressure here, fair price and great service.

Remote will open but not close garage door. Brian replaced safety sensors. Garage door opener still will not close garage door. This is the Petrine for the same complaint. Maybe the third time is the charm. No complaints with service or technician. Just want my remote to work the door properly.
