Called Precision one afternoon about garage door not opening/closing properly. Early next morning Joshua arrived right on time. He diagnosed problem promptly and corrected it in short order. Then performed a "tune up" on the door. An additional problem was discovered and Joshua returned early the next morning to take care of that issue. Dealing with Joshua and Precision has been a positive experience for me. I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future if the need should arise.

Brian, it wasn’t long after Brian arrived did I realize he is a very talented service technician. He asked me to explain the problems I encountered with the door not operating properly, once I finished he began his portion of the visit. Shortly after he began he discovered a few problems and he immediately made the adjustments, tested the door several times to insure the problems were solved. He then asked if I used Mq door software, I informed him I was not aware of that. At that point he took the time to assist me in downloading and setting it up. What a great app to have with the door. Once again great tech and equally so for Precision Door.

Alex Tran did the work and I am very pleased. He was courteous and left the garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. He installed a new opener, rail, spring and nylon rollers. Great service! I called at 8:20am. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am to 2:00pm the same day. Brian, the technician, called and said he arrive about 10:50am, if that was okay. Brian was very professional. He checked our garage door completely and suggested several repair options that would fit our budget. Brian finished the repair ahead of schedule.
