Robert & Mason arrived near the end of the window time I'd been given, but kept me updated before they came so that was just fine. They did a safety inspection on my door and suggested I keep the springs I have until one fails. They installed a new belt drive opener (much quieter than the old chain drive it replaced) and all controllers in about 45 minutes, cleaned everything up and were gone within an hour. Had I tried to do this myself it would have taken all day (or more) and would have cost nearly the same.

Called and was schedule for a same-day appointment. Two technicians arrived 15 minutes into the two-hour window I was given and promptly assessed the problems and gave me an estimate. Two hours later all the work was finished (repair, install of a new motor, diagnosing and fixing opener issues) and both garage doors were repaired/tested and now work perfectly! Highly recommend - and for us this will be the first call we make if we have any garage door needs again!

Called for a belt repair and got a next day appointment. Corey and John were early and ready to work. They quickly identified a broken gear on the motor to be the cause of the belt failure and laid out the options/costs and associated risks to either repair or replace the motor. I chose a new motor and they had it replaced in no time, and ensured we were familiar with the operation and safety features. Great customer service, we're very pleased. I also appreciate the military discount.

Service was fast and very professional. My garage door spring broke this morning at 0500hrs. I called and scheduled an appointment at 1000hrs, my service man called to let me know he'd be at my house at 0945hrs. Repair was accomplished and he was out the door by 1100! I was surprised by how much it cost, however; I was offered three options and elected the most expensive. Something about a life time warranty that seemed like a good deal for a hundred extra bucks! Thanks for coming out so quick!

I've never felt the urge to run back inside and write a review right away for such outstanding customer service...until now. First, I have to compliment Amanda for doing a great job understanding my problem on the phone, then putting me on hold to talk to her manager about what Precision could do for me. I just wanted a part that they usually carry on their repair trucks, but they don't sell them separately, which I can understand. She talked to her manager and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They would waive the service call fee and try to install the part, and if that did fix the problem, they would only charge me for the part and the minimal time it took to put it in. And....Darrell arrived in less than 3 hours and had the new part installed in 15 mins. You can't beat that kind of customer service.
