I've never felt the urge to run back inside and write a review right away for such outstanding customer service...until now. First, I have to compliment Amanda for doing a great job understanding my problem on the phone, then putting me on hold to talk to her manager about what Precision could do for me. I just wanted a part that they usually carry on their repair trucks, but they don't sell them separately, which I can understand. She talked to her manager and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They would waive the service call fee and try to install the part, and if that did fix the problem, they would only charge me for the part and the minimal time it took to put it in. And....Darrell arrived in less than 3 hours and had the new part installed in 15 mins. You can't beat that kind of customer service. I will be sure to call them for all my future garage door needs and tell my friends about them. Thanks Darrell and Amanda! --Glenn

Wade, the technician that showed up did a fantastic job on servicing our garage door. He called before he showed up and arrived a few minutes early with everything needed to do the job. He provided prompt answers about the problem we were having with our garage door. He then offered us repair options that allowed us to decide for ourselves which service best suited our needs. Great service, would recommend this company to others.

WOW!! Less than 2 hours after my initial call to Precision Door Service, Roger and Triston arrived and had completed repairs to my garage door that wouldn't close properly. They actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and the quality of work that we received was excellent. Roger & Triston completed the job in minimum time, and even performed a safety check! Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. They were both personable, professional and efficient.... Overall, I'm very satisfied! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my my friends and family members!!!

If all possible you should ask for Wade. I had him out a yr. ago to install a opener keypad on the outside of garage. This time I had him replace the horrible Genie that was only a year old with a Linear Precision what a difference. Wade is quick and knows what he is doing I would give him 5 stars for sure.
