Was told two to three weeks for order and then will schedule installation. Called to ask for status and was told the boss will call back. No Call..... Close to four weeks since order...will see after installation (whenever) to give star rating....Will definitely not be a five.

My garage door stopped working so I looked up repair services online. This company claimed to come the same day you call. I called immediately and the person who answered the phone was very efficient and scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The techs called before coming, were very nice and professional. They had my garage door working and did maintenance and were finished in thirty minutes. I will definitely use them when have issues with garage doors and will refer them to friends. Found this company online and felt that it was the one to go with for a broken garage door spring repair. Darrell showed up on-time and took a look at the spring and went further to inspect the door. Robert & Mason arrived near the end of the window time I'd been given, but kept me updated before they came so that was just fine. They did a safety inspection on my door and suggested I keep the springs I have until one fails. They installed a new belt drive opener (much quieter than the old chain drive it replaced) and all controllers in about 45 minutes, cleaned everything up and were gone within an hour. Had I tried to do this myself it would have taken all day (or more) and would have cost nearly the same.
