I was very pleased with my service tech , he diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the problem. He was very curtious and polite and very professional. Although I had a simple fix (for your professional staff) it was great watching your Pro in action . I had installed a new garage door system myself but the adjustment would not work properly. Roger adjusted everything and ensured my new system was functioning correctly. Great Job Precision Door!

Wade rolled in here 2 hours earlier than expected replaced a broken torsion spring and knocked out a total refurb of the garage door in about an hour. Door operation hasn't ever been this smooth or quiet...even when the door was new 16 years ago. Great job. 100% satisfied.

With in 2 hours of my initial call, Roger had arrived and began repairs for a broken torsion spring. During initial eval, frayed lift cables and a worn center bearing were identified. No high pressure sales pitch. 3 estimates were provided before the repair was started (basic repair, upgraded and Premium). Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. The job was completed in minimum time without any problems. Having a stocked service vehicle is a major plus. The door hasn't been this quiet since it was first installed. Great work!

Jason came out to the beach to repair a broken spring on our i-drive system. It now works well, and I especially appreciate him taking the time to review system operation and maintenance with me. Our house is finishing a 6-month restoration so we've not had power in a while. He explained how the system will calibrate itself when power is restored. His professionalism and positive attitude earned your company a new customer. Plus, he showed up on time, which placed him head and shoulders above most construction workers we've seen! The service technician "Roger" showed up on time. Promptly gave me three quotes. We discussed the best one and he went to work and accomplished the job in under an hour. He went far beyond his required repair job and fix the garage door opener at no additional charge. When I experience customer service beyond my expectations, you can be sure I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door help. Justin helped me out several months ago (garage door springs) and I could not have been happier with the service, support, and the quick resolution (it was a weekend). This past weekend, my door finally gave out and Wade came out Monday to do a quick repair and provided me an estimate for replacement. Two days later. New door installed. That's how you do it! Had my garage door break down and within 15 minutes had a confirmation of an appointment with a follow up email. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time! I would highly recommend your company to any of my family or friends. Jason was wonderful, professional and finished the job quickly. Not only is he an employee that wonderfully represents your company, he is a gentleman as well. I am an elderly woman that was trying to hang a curtain rod. I was having a lot of difficulty with it. Jason said he would help me and in just a few minutes he had the curtain rod hung and took the time to help me hang the curtains. I was wondering if there were any kind, caring people left and found out THERE IS. Hopefully all your employees are as courteous and as much as gentleman as Jason.

Jason was AWESOME, respectful (me being a woman,we often get treated differently), informative and professional. Not to mention on time and the repair was quick but thorough. Garage springs broke on us and needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming trip next week. Service availabilities are very accommodating, which was a plus for my busy work schedule so they were able to come out last minute. Impressed how everything was shown on an iPad for each specific thing being done beforehand, so I didn't feel as if random items I knew nothing of were added to the cost. He gave me the choice as well. Fast and convenient and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for having such awesome guys!

Wade was great!!! I called July 4th at 10pm, and was amazed to be able to communicate online through their website on a holiday evening. Through online chat, they scheduled him to arrive between 8am and 10pm the next morning. Wade called on July 5th at 7:30am and was promptly here at 8am. By 9:30am the torsion springs and rollers were replaced and the garage was fully functional. Wade gave me 2 quotes to choose from based on his inspection. He was courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend Wade and Precision Door Service to anyone.

Corey Hane came prepared and did a great job removing the old opener and installing two belt driven openers. Both were so quiet you could hear a pin drop (our old ones were chain driven). What a pleasant experience.
