Called for a belt repair and got a next day appointment. Corey and John were early and ready to work. They quickly identified a broken gear on the motor to be the cause of the belt failure and laid out the options/costs and associated risks to either repair or replace the motor. I chose a new motor and they had it replaced in no time, and ensured we were familiar with the operation and safety features. Great customer service, we're very pleased. I also appreciate the military discount.

Loved the web chat appointment setting then emailing a picture, individual reviews and background information on the technician coming was wonderful it made me feel Wade was trustworthy even before he arrived. Wade was on time, very professional and personal. He took time toe explain the issues in layman terms. Very kind to my dog. When I need Precision Doors again I will certainly ask for Wade.

Service was fast and very professional. My garage door spring broke this morning at 0500hrs. I called and scheduled an appointment at 1000hrs, my service man called to let me know he'd be at my house at 0945hrs. Repair was accomplished and he was out the door by 1100! I was surprised by how much it cost, however; I was offered three options and elected the most expensive. Something about a life time warranty that seemed like a good deal for a hundred extra bucks! Thanks for coming out so quick!

I've never felt the urge to run back inside and write a review right away for such outstanding customer service...until now. First, I have to compliment Amanda for doing a great job understanding my problem on the phone, then putting me on hold to talk to her manager about what Precision could do for me. I just wanted a part that they usually carry on their repair trucks, but they don't sell them separately, which I can understand. She talked to her manager and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They would waive the service call fee and try to install the part, and if that did fix the problem, they would only charge me for the part and the minimal time it took to put it in. And....Darrell arrived in less than 3 hours and had the new part installed in 15 mins. You can't beat that kind of customer service. I will be sure to call them for all my future garage door needs and tell my friends about them. Thanks Darrell and Amanda! --Glenn

Wade, the technician that showed up did a fantastic job on servicing our garage door. He called before he showed up and arrived a few minutes early with everything needed to do the job. He provided prompt answers about the problem we were having with our garage door. He then offered us repair options that allowed us to decide for ourselves which service best suited our needs. WOW!! Less than 2 hours after my initial call to Precision Door Service, Roger and Triston arrived and had completed repairs to my garage door that wouldn't close properly. They actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and the quality of work that we received was excellent. Roger & Triston completed the job in minimum time, and even performed a safety check! Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. They were both personable, professional and efficient.... Overall, I'm very satisfied! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my my friends and family members!!!

Called and was schedule for a same-day appointment. Two technicians arrived 15 minutes into the two-hour window I was given and promptly assessed the problems and gave me an estimate. Two hours later all the work was finished (repair, install of a new motor, diagnosing and fixing opener issues) and both garage doors were repaired/tested and now work perfectly! Highly recommend - and for us this will be the first call we make if we have any garage door needs again!
