Was told two to three weeks for order and then will schedule installation. Called to ask for status and was told the boss will call back. No Call..... Close to four weeks since order...will see after installation (whenever) to give star rating....Will definitely not be a five.

I had an incident with my garage door overnight where at first it wouldn't go down then after I got it down it wouldn't go back up so my vehicle was stuck in my garage. Found this company online and felt that it was the one to go with for a broken garage door spring repair. Darrell showed up on-time and took a look at the spring and went further to inspect the door. He pointed out some other issues that I had not realized were there... Well, I decided to replace the whole door.
