I had an incident with my garage door overnight where at first it wouldn't go down then after I got it down it wouldn't go back up so my vehicle was stuck in my garage. I found your company online and it had great reviews and after working with your tech Darrell Williams I understand why. He was great. Arrived on time and had my door repaired in about 15 to 20 minutes. He was very nice and professional. Found this company online and felt that it was the one to go with for a broken garage door spring repair. Darrell showed up on-time and took a look at the spring and went further to inspect the door. He pointed out some other issues that I had not realized were there... Well, I decided to replace the whole door. Precision did a great job. First of all, the receptionist was very helpful. Secondly, the technician arrived exactly when he said he would. Lastly, the technician did a great job replacing the broken spring and calibrating the garage door opener.

Robert & Mason arrived near the end of the window time I'd been given, but kept me updated before they came so that was just fine. They did a safety inspection on my door and suggested I keep the springs I have until one fails. They installed a new belt drive opener (much quieter than the old chain drive it replaced) and all controllers in about 45 minutes, cleaned everything up and were gone within an hour. Had I tried to do this myself it would have taken all day (or more) and would have cost nearly the same.

Called and was schedule for a same-day appointment. Two technicians arrived 15 minutes into the two-hour window I was given and promptly assessed the problems and gave me an estimate. Two hours later all the work was finished (repair, install of a new motor, diagnosing and fixing opener issues) and both garage doors were repaired/tested and now work perfectly! Highly recommend - and for us this will be the first call we make if we have any garage door needs again!

Called for a belt repair and got a next day appointment. Corey and John were early and ready to work. They quickly identified a broken gear on the motor to be the cause of the belt failure and laid out the options/costs and associated risks to either repair or replace the motor. I chose a new motor and they had it replaced in no time, and ensured we were familiar with the operation and safety features. Great customer service, we're very pleased. I also appreciate the military discount.

Loved the web chat appointment setting then emailing a picture, individual reviews and background information on the technician coming was wonderful it made me feel Wade was trustworthy even before he arrived. Service was fast and very professional. My garage door spring broke this morning at 0500hrs. I called and scheduled an appointment at 1000hrs, my service man called to let me know he'd be at my house at 0945hrs. Repair was accomplished and he was out the door by 1100! I was surprised by how much it cost, however; I was offered three options and elected the most expensive. Something about a life time warranty that seemed like a good deal for a hundred extra bucks! Thanks for coming out so quick!
