We are new to the area and bought an existing home and had a problem with the garage door. I called Precision because of their broad area of coverage and was not disappointed in what I received. The response to my call was excellent with same day service. The technician, Wade McNeal, did a superior job, not only repairing the problem but going over the entire function of the door and pointing out future problem areas. When I need service in the future or when the door needs replacing, I will definitely call Precision and request Wade for the job.

Was told two to three weeks for order and then will schedule installation. Called to ask for status and was told the boss will call back. No Call..... Close to four weeks since order...will see after installation (whenever) to give star rating....Will definitely not be a five.

My garage door stopped working so I looked up repair services online. This company claimed to come the same day you call. I called immediately and the person who answered the phone was very efficient and scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The techs called before coming, were very nice and professional. They had my garage door working and did maintenance and were finished in thirty minutes. I will definitely use them when have issues with garage doors and will refer them to friends. Found this company online and felt that it was the one to go with for a broken garage door spring repair. Darrell showed up on-time and took a look at the spring and went further to inspect the door.
