My garage door spring broke late Friday evening. Precisiondoor had my garage door working great and a lot less noisy by 1100 Saturday. These guys are awesome and fast. Prices are grea for the quality and workmanship. Highly recommend!

They came out the same day and replaced my garage door opener quickly. Very clean, knowledgeable, and professional. I had just purchased my home in "as is" condition 2 months ago without an inspection. One of the guys noticed a very low noise coming from my electrical box and probably saved me from my house burning down or someone getting hurt. Thanks so much!!!

They replaced the aging electrical Chain driven garage door opener with a quiet belt driven one. Did it quickly ~ 2 hours, and also replaced metal wheels with a newer style wheel.. Renter commented on how quiet the door is now. Great job, Thanks!

Techs arrived on time, were very professional my only issue with this install is that there is approximately 6 or so areas that they spray painted on door which doesn't match original color (was told to let sun fade) since this was new paint. Little concerned that brand new door now appears to have "spots" on it?

My wife and I had a garage door issue shortly after moving into our new home. I wanted a comprehensive repair/service(not a DIY fix from me and youtube) and Precision came out to do the job. Chris Taylor was absolutely awesome! Nice guy, great information about the problem, talked us through ways to understand when our equipment may be failing or having issues, etc. He performed a quick fix of our problem and then checked everything for function/safety thoroughly and professionally. Seriously....so many times you see just "fix and run" and this was NOT our experience. A++, 5 stars. Chris is my go to for any issues going forward with our garage doors and I will rep Precision to my friends/neighbors/coworkers. Price was fair and I got every cent worth. Thanks so much!

Alex is a polite professional who expertly installed the companies “Better” package. Had a spring break yesterday and within a little over an hour he replaced all movable parts to include balancing the garage door. From the start, everything went smoothly, while looking online for a garage door opener repair company, I saw the Precision site, went to it and saw they prefer to repair if possible as to just try and sell you a new one.. That was what caught my attention. I was able to make an appointment online to have someone come check my garage door opener.. Hunter called when he was on his way, he checked out the opener, determined what was wrong, called and found the part I needed, and as it was almost time for the parts store to close he said he could set up another day to come back and fix it.. I was able to have my garage door opener working a day later.. Hunter did a great job, and I am pleased with Precision Door service and their employees..

In September, 2019, you replaced our non hurricane garage doors. We love them. They are insulated and awesome. We had new garage door openers but we decided the builder grade openers were not adequate. Austin and crew did a great job replacing the two garage door openers!

Had a new garage door opener, rollers, and spring installed. The new motor has a backup battery in case power goes out. Installer was very professional and answered all my questions.

Precision installed new doors for me 4 years ago at my old house, and did a great job. Two years ago we built a new house, and I asked the Contractor to use Precision; but he insisted on going with “his guys”. I’ve never been happy with the noise and rattles from the doors, and when a cable frayed I didn’t call the original installers - I called Precision. They arrived the same day, and basically reinstalled the doors using parts suited to our beach environment. I finally have the quietly operating doors I wanted. Great job Precision!! Precision are one of those rare companies that do a great job at a fair price and with great customer service... consistently. Highly recommended.
