Expectations were met and beyond! Excellent and fast customer service. I called on Friday and a technician was at my door at 0800 the next morning. The beauty of their notification system is awesome. The technician calls you prior to arriving and a text message is sent with a photo of the technician and a short bio. Thanks to Chris for an awesome installation.

Precision installed new doors for me 4 years ago at my old house, and did a great job. Two years ago we built a new house, and I asked the Contractor to use Precision; but he insisted on going with “his guys”. I’ve never been happy with the noise and rattles from the doors, and when a cable frayed I didn’t call the original installers - I called Precision. They arrived the same day, and basically reinstalled the doors using parts suited to our beach environment. I finally have the quietly operating doors I wanted. Great job Precision!! Precision are one of those rare companies that do a great job at a fair price and with great customer service... consistently. Highly recommended.

My spring broke on my garage door 4th of July. I called and Precision came out the next day. Repaired my spring and we ended up changing my rollers (garage door 24years old). Didn’t break my bank account. Totally professional. I highly recommend this company.

When I needed service due to a 'opener battery problem', they were quick to respond and did the replacement with a great attitude. Top notch. We had a garage door that had come off the rollers and couldn’t be raised or lowered. It was an old door and we knew we’d likely need a new one. Austin evaluated the situation and gave us our options. The door was in a dangerous position and could’ve fallen on someone. We decided to purchase a new door and Austin could’ve walked away and said it was too dangerous for him to attempt to move, but he managed to get it into a position where it was safer. We purchased garage door openers earlier this year to replace two units that were damaged by lightning. More recently, Precision did a service check out on all of our garage door openers - including units that we did not purchase from Precision. They also assisted us in synchronizing one of the units with an automobile. All of the technician's suggestions for routine maintenance were very helpful, and we have begun to perform those maintenance suggestions that he recommended. We are very pleased with both the products we purchased and the service. All of the technicians we dealt with have been wonderful. We highly recommend Precision.

I'm a Condominium Manager and Daniel and Austin came yesterday to remove an old roll up door and install a new one. The salt air at this beachfront Condo had done a number on these 18 year old doors. These guys worked hard, did not take a break, and did the install to my complete satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use Precision Door again.
