Started with the garage door not opening and closing well and very noisy. Tech Jack Maskery diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Thankfully he had not left yet when we discovered the openers he had programmed were not working. Jack discovered the motor was shot, so he installed an entire brand new Precision Door Opener. While the cost increased quite a bit, I now have a door opener with a 10-year warranty, the door goes up and down a lot quieter, and Jack was a perfect gentleman and skilled tech. I would highly recommend Precision, and though I don't know the other techs, I would ask for Jack. ????

Completely satisfied, professional job. One torsion spring broke and I wanted both replaced. Given the age of opener I decided to get new opener also. Jaylen did a good job explaining options and selections, as I wanted chain drive. On the day of the job a wrong part was brought (belt instead of chain), so we had to delay a day. I was OK with that, stuff happens :-) Getting the job all done right the first time is more important. Jaylen got the new springs, opener, and other parts installed quickly and efficiently. He gave a good rundown and demonstration of operation including safety features. Even with chain drive the door is significantly quieter and smoother operation. Very pleased overall, will use again, highly recommend!

I am beyond satisfaction with the quality of product and service from Precision Garage Doors. I called @ 9:00 am. for a service call and within 2 hours a service man was here! Kenneth was polite, efficient and thorough and within a few hours I had two new garage motors and equipment, including servicing of the existing garage doors and replacement of parts on one older door! All this with a warranty and the most quiet operation of the doors I could ever conceive! My old motors were 23 yrs old, and I am amazed at the workings of the new! Kenneth was an absolute delight to work with--he explained everything he would do, was extremely efficient, showed me the new products including clear explanations of everything!
