When my garage door has a problem, I choose Precision Door because they care about the client’s problem and find immediate solutions. Working with their tech Alex and Jason is great because they take the time to explain everything. My problem this time was worst than a broken spring. It was found that we needed to replace the whole door and system. Got immediate quotations for a new door.

Of course at the most inopportune time the garage door spring broke. Quick response, Precision was able to fit me in the following morning. Jack (Service Tech) arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the problem and explained what parts and cost required to return the door to its proper operation. We called Precision Door to replace a spring that had broke on our garage door. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appt to the wonderful person that came to do the repair! They give you a courteous text notifying you with the profile and picture of the person coming to service your door!! We had Chris Taylor as the service worker who did our repair! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family when they are needing their services.
