I called at 7:15 am on a holiday weekend expecting to get voice mail. They had a technician to my home by 8:30am. WOW he called to let me know he was on the way. He also sent a text with a picture so I would know who was coming. explained all the options and said we could do a cash discount. They will be back Tuesday to complete the work.

Precision is great. We have used them for years. They are quick to respond, have everything they need on their truck. We called for an opening issue which they fixed and found another problem which we didn't know we had. We are good now for 5 years or more.

I called in the morning and technician, Jack Maskery, arrived around 1:15 pm the same day. I knew ahead of time who my technician was because Precision sent me a text message with his picture and a few details about Jack. Jack called me 15 mins before his arrival to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided me with 3 service options, with pricing, based on my needs. He also helped me pick the best choice based on my plans for our garage door, which will need to be replaced in the near future. He quickly replaced the springs and 3 bearings on my door, then explained exactly what he'd done and why. Jack was very friendly and a great communicator. Throughout the process I knew what he was doing and how long it would take. To put this service call into perspective, a competitor told me they couldn't get to me for 5 days. Not great when your car is in the garage and you are unable to manually open the door to get it out. Overall a great experience.

Great service and professionalism! Garage door spring let go on Sunday morning with two cars inside the garage. Called Precision based on previous experience Sunday, spoke with a live agent who scheduled me for Monday morning. Monday the tech called and was on his way, arrived early and got to work. Jack, the tech was extremely courteous and professional, working around the two cars, providing me with three estimated depending on how much I wanted done and a price for each. I made my choice, he got to work, was done in less than an hour and all was well. Finding good service providers in the panhandle can be hit or miss. I've had two great experiences with Precision and have no reason to think you wouldn't as well.

Today Brian York was our technician and installed a new opener. He was friendly, considerate and highly competent. When he initially called to tell us that he could arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment he prefaced it by saying, "I don't want to disturb your plans so if that time is not good I can keep the schedule time." This is customer service way beyond what we are used to seeing. Brian also made sure that everything was running perfectly and that we understood how to use the openers as well as the phone apps. We wish more companies could be like Precision.

Great Service. Got a txt msg with photo of the technician (Kenny) prior to making the scheduled appoinment time. Kenneth took the time to educate me on routine maintenance I can do inbetween service inspections. Additionally, Kenneth demonstrated how to op's check the "balance" of our Garage Storme Door, what to look for and then went on to perform a "Tune-Up" servicing on our door system.
