I think there business practices need to be looked at. The two guys were courteous and just following orders. So it all started with contacting the company to come out and replace the spring on my garage door. After they reviewed the problem they showed me four options on the iPad beginning the lowest at $800 and the others ranging up to $3,400. Unfortunately they had me in a bad place, they could do it right then or I could send them off with no way to open my garage door. So I selected the $800 option...$800 to replace the garage door spring. I am still stunned that they had the gall to even propose those amounts. Next time I will find someone else.

Precision responded to the problem I had very quickly. The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair. Since he left the issues seem to have been resolved completely. Very satisfied.

Zamir and Kamdan arrived early after calling to make sure that was ok. They both were professional and went the extra mile when they encountered obstacles. I was impressed that they when they encountered difficulties that they chose to do the harder “right” instead of the easier “wrong”. Not the case with many workers today. Thank you so much for a job well done.

They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage. He did an outstanding job on the installation while being very helpful and efficient. Thanks again for a good job.

When I started looking for help with our garage door, I asked three friends who to call. All three recommended Precision. Now I know why. It's just amazing what Nathan was able to do. There was a multitude of issues with so many parts of our 37 year old garage door that needed repair. Nathan explained what he could do to correct all the defects. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and he covered all the bases necessary. He solved our problem for sure. My wife is so happy that we are now able to get our car in the garage again. Our thanks and appreciation to Nathan. Tom Blizzard

Nathan Hane was my technician who came and checked out my garage door and checked it thoroughly and gave me several things and options to fix what was going on. There was no high pressure to go for the most expensive way but gave me several things that could be done. I appreciated getting a complete update and what I could do and what they would do. He showed me colors and options to choose from and what would be done and that the company would be in touch with me to set up a convenient day and time for me.

As a previous customer of Precision Door, they were my first call when I had a problem. It was nice to see Alex Tran, the repairman again. He could not be more courteous and professional. After inspection of the door, he provided options for me to choose from with the cost of each. Alex completed the repair in a timely manner and left the area clean. Satisfied customer.

We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!. Hunter did an exceptional job. Installed new belt drive garage door opener, springs, and updated worn out parts on garage door. New door is so quiet I cannot believe when it is operating. Will recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to friends. Thanks.

Response was quick, estimate given on replacing my garage door, installed within two days. Kerry and crew were meticulous in the removal and replacement of all components of the doors and supporting hardware. They insured everything was operationally correct and cleaned the installation area before they departed. very happy with the entire process.

Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!

Precision Doors responded quickly when I could not get my garage door open on a Monday morning. They sent a technician named Nathan, who did a good job of trouble shooting and repairing the broken door. He performed maintenance on the other door, provided and programmed a new remote and programmed my car so that I could open the doors with the buttons on my mirror. He was personable and professional, and carefully explained options available to me so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed.

They did a great job and were very friendly. My one complaint is, not telling me that there would be a $29.15 service fee if I used my debit card. If I would have known that, I would have written a check.

Brian York was exceptional! Brian was friendly, knowledgable and detail oriented in his evaluation and assessment of our garage door issues. He took the time to provide several options, all the while discussing the pros/cons. He was able to solve our remote/door issues and did it with a smile. It was a very professional, yet personalized experience. I would recommend Brian highly to any customers seeking door service solution, as well as, fair pricing.

I talked with the technicians while they were at another house in my neighborhood and they said they could help me-within an hour I got an email saying what time they would be there-they completed the task in no time and left me with what I could fix to make the door more efficient-absolutely fantastic techs!
