John Garris was the lead tech, and I am sorry I can't remember the name of the other tech. They were both wonderful. They explained everything they were doing and showed me the worn out parts. Found Precision Door on Home Advisor web-site. Called on Monday afternoon, got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for Garage Door repair. Technician Wade McNeal evaluated the problem with my garage door. Had all parts needed on his truck to fix the problem. Installed new rollers, 2 new hinges, new garage door opener and keypad with 2 garage door openers and programmed my SUV to open/close garage door all this in about a 2 hour period at a very fair price. Best of all, a nice quite garage door opener. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great job.

I called at about 8am and Wade and his partner were at my home by 9:30am on the same day! I was super impressed with their response time. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was, they replaced parts and I was using my garage door within a very short time. This company is pretty impressive with their backgrounds on their employees and making sure you know who's coming to your home. Pretty amazing!

Highly professional organization that truly stresses customer service! I had a problem on Sunday, and left an emergency message for the owner who quickly responded by sending a tech to help us out, even though they do not normally offer that service on Sundays. Their techs are punctual, polite, and friendly and get the job done quickly leaving no trash or debris behind. Precision will always have my business!

The response time was incredibly short. I called yesterday afternoon when the garage door broke, the broken springs were replaced and new rollers installed by 11:30 the next day. Highly recommend these guys !

Cory showed up early and replaced the remote box and the bottom seal plus tuned up the motor so the door wouldn't go back up when lowered. All this in record time.

Originally needed a new garage door and unfortunately picked a lower price competitor. After installation, it never worked correctly inluding incorrect adjustment with existing door opener. Finally called Precision and they were able to provide interim adjustments but they also told me the top panel windows didn't meet 140 mph hurricane rating (even though competitor said door was rated). Ultimately the top panel needed replacement as did the door opener. The opener replacement was my choosing. Both times, the Precision technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bottom line...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Would/will recommend Precision to all. Great job and many thank Darrell Williams!
