We had a garage door installed five years ago and we are still very happy with their service provided by Precision Door of Pensacola. When, we couldn’t open the garage door yesterday, we knew the problem was more than a faulty switch the Garage Door Opener had fail us, the technician fully explained the products and in less than two hours we had a brand new garage door opener installed. We would like to say thank you to the technician Riley Potters, he was polite and courteous.

Very professional and Alex was right on time. I called at 8 am and got an appointment for later that day. After he inspected the door he gave us two different estimates so we could decide to repair or replace. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. We did look at the reviews and that helped us call Precision Door Service for an inspection. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Precision because of reviews I had read on Facebook. I am glad I did. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up early, which is a good thing. My technician was (Alex). He explained what the inspection consisted of. Then he gave me 3 options. I had the rollers, springs, hubs and sensors replaced. What I had done fixed the problem and the door works great. I would recommend this company and if possible ask for Alex.

We called Precision Door to replace a spring that had broke on our garage door. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appt to the wonderful person that came to do the repair! They give you a courteous text notifying you with the profile and picture of the person coming to service your door!! We had Chris Taylor as the service worker who did our repair! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family when they are needing their services.

I chose Precision because they were readily available and didn't have to wait 7days before service. The service that Kerry and Jaylen performed was outstanding. I will be using Percision Door Service again. Thank you for two great young men!
