We are VERY satisfied with the response time and the service. When our garage door suddenly failed and fell part-way my car was outside but my wife's car was inside (undamaged). We are astounded at the prompt service we received from your company. No other service, appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers, etc., have ever responded to a repair request so quickly. As noted in other reviews we received an email with a picture of your repairman, a phone call informing us of when he would arrive, which was right on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote which included a lifetime warranty, and went right to work. He finished in an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend your business to our friends. Additionally, we'll write a recommendation article in our monthly community newsletter that is delivered to the 400 homes in our community.
