No other service could come the day my garage door broke. It was the spring. Our Service guy arrive way before time and it took about 30 minutes to fix. He was courteous, and gave us the cost of the repair before he started. The price was fair and I will now recommend Precision door over anyone else. Thank you I am delighted......

We are VERY satisfied with the response time and the service. When our garage door suddenly failed and fell part-way my car was outside but my wife's car was inside (undamaged). We needed the situation remedied fast. COREY HANE arrived promptly and provided superb service and technical expertise. I observed the entire repair and asked questions along the way. He immediately discovered the problem and why the door had failed. His work,answers to my questions and his service were exceptional. We are astounded at the prompt service we received from your company. No other service, appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers, etc., have ever responded to a repair request so quickly. As noted in other reviews we received an email with a picture of your repairman, a phone call informing us of when he would arrive, which was right on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote which included a lifetime warranty, and went right to work. He finished in an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend your business to our friends. Additionally, we'll write a recommendation article in our monthly community newsletter that is delivered to the 400 homes in our community. Thank you for being such a caring business and so customer friendly.

Crew consisting of Roger and Triston arrive at my home within the time window allocated by the Precision office. I got a heads up phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Both technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. I am very pleased with both, the products I purchased (new garage door, opener, and accessories) and the installation performed by the Precision technicians. I have used Precision in the past and will definitely continue to use their services.
