We are astounded at the prompt service we received from your company. No other service, appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers, etc., have ever responded to a repair request so quickly. As noted in other reviews we received an email with a picture of your repairman, a phone call informing us of when he would arrive, which was right on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote which included a lifetime warranty, and went right to work. He finished in an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend your business to our friends. Additionally, we'll write a recommendation article in our monthly community newsletter that is delivered to the 400 homes in our community. Thank you for being such a caring business and so customer friendly.
