The spring on our door came loose at 3PM on a Friday and the company that installed the door 3 years ago told us they could not respond until Monday morning. Unacceptable as our car was in the garage and we had no way to open the door even manually. So we called Precision and they told us they could respond within 4 hours! Service was performed as requested with the technicians arriving early and immediately assessing and repairing the spring on my door that had come loose. The 2 technicians were very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs. Thank you for your immediate response to my request for service! I've used Precision Door Service Pensacola 3 times. Once at home when my garage door got struck by lightning and twice at my place of employment for installation of 3 roll up doors. They are courteous, knowledgeable and fast. They come out quick for quotes and service is usually scheduled that day or the next. I was kind of embarresed that my problem was just a loose plug. I was also relieved it was something simple. Wade was great. Couldn't have been any nicer, very polite. Precision is Awesome. We have used them twice, last year to replace our motor and this time to replace the spring and bearings. Just like last time we had the spring go out last night. Call them in the morning and they were at our house by 12:30. Springs and bearings replaced within the hour and a half expectation. The technician was very friendly, 2 for 2 on getting the job done, day 1. Not many companies can take the phone call, schedule the appointment, be on time for the appointment, assess the problem correctly and fix the issue all on the same day. Once again they are fast, friendly and get the job done. Thanks Precision. You took a big problem for our family and made it a non issue within half a day.

Found you online. Chatted with a very kind and patient person that evening, who set me up with an appoint for the next day. Wade came out, he called first, and was extremely courteous and professional. We bought the "best" option and feel it was worth the extra cost for peace of mind. The unit was installed in 1999. The spring had broken and the rollers were shot. We got new cables, too. This was a good choice for us as the work was beyond our capabilities.

Your tech showed up exactly when he was supposed to and was very respectful to my wife. He replaced all of the broken mechanism and cleaned up behind himself. You never would have known he was there except for a new mechanism on our garage door. I'm very pleased with their work and customer service. BTW our garage door has NEVER BEEN THIS QUIET.

I had a major problem when the spring that holds the garage door broke. Called Precision, and a technician was at my home in just a couple of hours. Repaired a broken part on the door, replaced all the moving parts and installed a new garage door opener, all in less than two hours. I recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs may be. We chose Precision for best value all around. We had to replace a garage door opener installed by our builder that did not last 5 years. Precision came out did a fast and friendly job with no problem. We did have an issue with the door not coming down yesterday and when we called the receptionist treated us with the high quality, fast and friendly information. letting us know the next available technician would be out to service our door. She said it would be between 2-4 if not earlier, but they would call when they were getting close. This was around 11:00 a.m. The called about 30 minutes later to say they would be out in 10 minutes if that worked for us. This is the best in any repair service we have ever experienced and appreciate your sincere concern. Thank you!
