I'm a busy small business owner...with a home garage door that - in addition to erratic operation - made louder noises than my last July 4th fireworks every time it opened. I called Stephanie Sharp for help...she sent a technician out who inspected my property, called me with his findings and recommendations (that included repair or replace options) and then, per my instructions, completed repairs - same day! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, courteous and affordable just about cover my description of this experience. Very responsive. Basically 18 hour service from call to completed install. Installer was knowledgeable regarding the product. I felt like I had a handle on everything by they time he departed. They are definitely at the top of my call first list for garage door and lift problems.

Triston and a helper arrived as scheduled. They worked steadily for several hours replacing two garage doors, only taking a small break for lunch. When the installation was complete and working flawlessly they removed all materials, etc. Triston explained the operation in detail before leaving. I can truthfully say that I have never had work of any kind done more professionally. Thank you.
