Your tech showed up exactly when he was supposed to and was very respectful to my wife. He replaced all of the broken mechanism and cleaned up behind himself. You never would have known he was there except for a new mechanism on our garage door. I'm very pleased with their work and customer service. BTW our garage door has NEVER BEEN THIS QUIET.

I had a major problem when the spring that holds the garage door broke. Called Precision, and a technician was at my home in just a couple of hours. Repaired a broken part on the door, replaced all the moving parts and installed a new garage door opener, all in less than two hours. I recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs may be. We chose Precision for best value all around. We had to replace a garage door opener installed by our builder that did not last 5 years. Precision came out did a fast and friendly job with no problem. We did have an issue with the door not coming down yesterday and when we called the receptionist treated us with the high quality, fast and friendly information. letting us know the next available technician would be out to service our door. She said it would be between 2-4 if not earlier, but they would call when they were getting close. This was around 11:00 a.m. The called about 30 minutes later to say they would be out in 10 minutes if that worked for us. This is the best in any repair service we have ever experienced and appreciate your sincere concern. Thank you!

Tech arrived on time, dressed neat & clean with fully equipped late model truck. He gave me the estimates to repair or replace the opener. I chose to replace and I am satisfied it was done competently. It was completed timely for exactly the amount quoted and I received a 10% discount for over 65.

Put it this way: they answered the phone with an actual human. Their technician appeared at the appointed time. He was neatly attired in a company uniform. He appeard to be a professional. In fact, they had sent me an appointment conformation with the pictures of their service techs - no problem with identifying their legitimacy. The tech had a copy of a previous service they provided several years ago. He quickly diagnosed our problem, noted that the previous work was covered by lifetime warranty (with no prompting from me). The repair was done in a matter of minutes. The service was free. What more can one ask?

I received your advertisement in a group of flyers in the mail some time ago and thought I had better hold on to it just in case as it looked like good coverage. Today I called for service as my unit was malfunctioning and your rep, Corey, arrived at the time promised. I asked if a repair was possible rather than a new unit and he tried to accommodate me however was unable as my unit was too old to get parts for. He installed a new unit in short order and explained the operation of it. I was quite impressed in his job performance as he wasted no time and knew exactly what he was doing. The new unit works beautifully, very smooth and quiet.

I had a garage door that was installed in 1959 replaced with a modern door. This required some modification. Corey, Triston, Robert and Jason were really good and nice. It was an extensive job and I am pleased so far.
