Suddenly the garage door wouldn't open. The guys were able to make out sooner than planned. Besides broken springs, its an old door with many issues. They explained everything to me. I'm on a tight budget & they fixed my door without breaking my checkbook. I'll be calling them back should I have any other problems.

Frank was on time, explained exactly what was needed and showed me so I could be sure I knew what was going on. He installed new springs and rollers and gave the door a complete overhaul. And a biggie for me.....he did not spend any time on a cell phone "visiting" with anyone while he was working. That's a huge plus to me.

I needed to have my door serviced and checked out. My remote didn't work any more and I was operating it manually. Very good service! Love they provide pics of their techs and the name so you know who to expect. Had a same day appointment and tech called and could even come earlier. This was for a door "tune up" and outside key pad, but we will definitely use again if needed!

It was Sunday morning. Our garage door jumped out of the track and was hanging down behind our garaged car. I found Precision on Google and phoned for an appointment. They said would 1:00 PM suit you? I said absolutely. They tech was there right on the money, made the repair, rehung the door, replaced some rollers and the charge was reasonable.
