Called to replace broken spring, which was done, Technician continued to check components, strongly suggesting replacing motor, nearly $500.00, since it was loose. He said tightening was not possible. He was questioned repeatedly about this. We deferred additional repair at this time. Costal Garage Doors were called, repair and service call was accomplished for $55.00 Simply replacing a grommet & tightening, What a RIP-OFF, would NEVER use Precision again.

I got quality and prompt service from your technician. However I was told that I was buying the plan that offered a transferable lifetime warranty. When I printed it out I found that it is only good as long as I am the one who still has the garage door that was repaired. There are several things that the door needed but you only have room to show one item, on this review, that was replaced.

Not long after Darryl called and came over during his lunch hour to fix the garage door. He was pleasant, efficient and most professional. To my surprise the tech called earlier and was able too complete the job ahead of the previous scheduled appointment time. He got right to work and fine tuned the garage door for maximum efficiency. I experienced lightning damage this week at my house this week. My garage door opener was fried. Precision promptly came out. Replaced my opener. I had them go ahead and upgrade door parts, remotes etc. my garage door is better than before. You may pay a little more. But excellence of workmanship was worth it.
