Jason lites, the manager of PDS here in my area, is excellent in salesmanship, he overcame all my objections, he is very knowledgeable of his craft. I definitely would use them again. Tech arrived on time, dressed neat & clean with fully equipped late model truck. He gave me the estimates to repair or replace the opener. I chose to replace and I am satisfied it was done competently. It was completed timely for exactly the amount quoted and I received a 10% discount for over 65.

Put it this way: they answered the phone with an actual human. Their technician appeared at the appointed time. He was neatly attired in a company uniform. He appeard to be a professional. In fact, they had sent me an appointment conformation with the pictures of their service techs - no problem with identifying their legitimacy. The tech had a copy of a previous service they provided several years ago. He quickly diagnosed our problem, noted that the previous work was covered by lifetime warranty (with no prompting from me). The repair was done in a matter of minutes. The service was free. What more can one ask?

I received your advertisement in a group of flyers in the mail some time ago and thought I had better hold on to it just in case as it looked like good coverage. Today I called for service as my unit was malfunctioning and your rep, Corey, arrived at the time promised. I asked if a repair was possible rather than a new unit and he tried to accommodate me however was unable as my unit was too old to get parts for. He installed a new unit in short order and explained the operation of it. I was quite impressed in his job performance as he wasted no time and knew exactly what he was doing. The new unit works beautifully, very smooth and quiet.

What I loved about your ad was the discounts offered for seniors and military personnel. I also appreciated same day service advertised in the ad which I needed because I could no longer open my garage door. The technician who responded to my call, Wade, was awesome....Very knowledgeable, easy going and no high pressure tactics.....he showed me 2 different ways/prices to fix my garage door, and explained the pros/cons of each fix. He fixed my door in under an hour, and the door now works beautifully and hasn't been this quiet in years. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends!

We would like to give a special Thanks to John (Mobile) and Precision Door for installation of our garage door. He was friendly and did a great job on installation. We would also like to give a special thanks to the lady that we spoke with for installation. We had a death in the family and needed to leave on Sunday. We called Friday Morning, and she had John out Friday afternoon. Ome cannot ask for better customer service! He was back on Saturday Morning and installed the door. The garage door spring broke and we called Precision @ 1100. We were scheduled between 6 and 8 PM. Our tech, John, did a great job. He replaced the spring and gave us some options on some other things we needed to look at on the garage door. Very professional and efficient. I appreciated having Precision respond on a Saturday night. Great job, thanks, team....

My garage door broke late Thursday afternoon and I needed it repaired quickly as I was preparing for a TDY that weekend. Precision was the only company that was available at that hour that could make the repairs quickly and were the highest rated. The representative was extremely friendly and professional and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Daryl arrived as promised, was courteous and professional. He identified the problem and provided options without trying to push any product or service. He simply presented the information and answered my questions. Once I decided on a course of action, he got to work and finished the job quickly, professionally and cleaned up his work area. I am completely satisfied with Daryl and Precision Door and impressed with the operation. I will definitely refer Precision to friends and co-workers and return if the need arises.

Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Garage door works great Opener was expensive, but door function is very quiet (cost only reason for 4 star instead of 5!) I was not made aware of Military or Senior Citizen's discounts that apparently are available

The customer service is outstanding! The phone rep was courteous and helpful in scheduling the same day visit and tech verification. I was contacted by the tech prior to arrival. The tech (Darrell) assessed the repair and gave a reasonable estimate. I was impressed by the worked performed and the meticulous attention to detail in fine tuning the door contacts and the smooth operation of the garage door upon replacement of the torsion springs and rollers. We chose Precision for best value all around. We had to replace a garage door opener installed by our builder that did not last 5 years. Precision came out did a fast and friendly job with no problem. We did have an issue with the door not coming down yesterday and when we called the receptionist treated us with the high quality, fast and friendly information. letting us know the next available technician would be out to service our door. She said it would be between 2-4 if not earlier, but they would call when they were getting close. This was around 11:00 a.m. The called about 30 minutes later to say they would be out in 10 minutes if that worked for us. This is the best in any repair service we have ever experienced and appreciate your sincere concern. Thank you!
