We received "same day service" from Precision Door Service as advertised within 4 hours for our garage door repair. What turned to out to be a simple bracket replacement and adjustment turned in to much more. Appears that the broken bracket was the result of past poor installs and required spring replacement due the weight of the door, that was not diagnosed when installed in 2015. Our tech Austin Fields quickly identified the problem and offered repair options. Once our decision was made all was well within the hour. Austin did a great job! Called Precision Door at 0800 and they offered me a service appointment at 1200 the same day. Technician (Austin) called at 1145 to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he thoroughly examined both our garage doors (reason for our call: broken spring on the most-used door), we agreed on repairs to be done, and he went right to work. Everything he needed was on his truck. It was a pleasure to watch an experienced, competent, professional get our doors back in action. From now on, this company is my go-to for garage door maintenance and repair.

Very Disappointed in this establishment. Would not recommend to future customers. We paid for a brand new system June 2020 and have had 3 technicians come to “repair” our “NEW” system in the past 7 months. We paid close to $1300 for a terrible job. Hunter “fixed” it yesterday stating that the problems “might be the wires” and by the time I got home from work last night (not even 10 hours later) the garage door would not shut. I had to pull the emergency handle to close it and called this morning to get someone else to fix the problem, yet again. I was directed to a sales lady who then asked me “what was wrong with the garage door this time around.” as if I knew how to diagnose the problem with the garage. Something that I obviously have no expertise in. So rather than reading notes from the previous tech, it seemed more of a bother to her that I didn’t know what was wrong with my parents garage. We finally got another technician, Jordan, who we had the very first time and he was able to fix the problem. If you do decide with going with Precision ask for Jordan because he seemed more knowledgeable than the other people I had spoken to previously.

Technicians arrived on schedule. determined the existing 20 year old operators could be repaired but was beyond service life. Had everything needed to replace them on the truck and were finished by 5:00. Did tune up of doors and programed them to my cars. Will use again if needed.

Very impressed with this company. We called to get an estimate on the installation of two garage doors and openers. We got a same day appointment. After calling us to ensure it was okay, Jordan showed up early for the appointment. He was very nice, very efficient and answered all our questions. Liked that he showed up in uniform and a vehicle that identified him as an employee of the company. Needless to say, we hired the company. So far, so good!
