Technicians arrived on schedule. determined the existing 20 year old operators could be repaired but was beyond service life. Had everything needed to replace them on the truck and were finished by 5:00. Did tune up of doors and programed them to my cars. Will use again if needed.

Very impressed with this company. We called to get an estimate on the installation of two garage doors and openers. We got a same day appointment. After calling us to ensure it was okay, Jordan showed up early for the appointment. He was very nice, very efficient and answered all our questions. Liked that he showed up in uniform and a vehicle that identified him as an employee of the company. Needless to say, we hired the company. So far, so good!

Was extremely impressed with the young man who was sent to my home. He called to let us know a time of arrival. We discussed the situation and I asked him several times if I would still be able to open the door manually. He thought about my question while he replaced the broken spring. It concerned him so he checked the labels on the frames and realized the wrong spring had been installed in the first place. It was for a non-insulated door. He made phone calls and found out what the right part should have been. He dismantled what he had already done and put the appropriate spring. I was amazed at the difference it made. Wasn't just doing the job, but doing it right!!!!

I called Precision because my garage door was off the tracks and stuck. I called them in the morning and they had a technician at my house by noon. Hunter did a superb job and explained why my door was stuck and how he would fix it. He was courteous and after he fixed it he went over the functioning of the new door. Good job!

I came home late one evening and my garage door didn't work so I got online to find top rated repair company's and this one showed 24hr operators. I started a chat and was able to get service scheduled for the next business day. Communication was excellent. Prior to the service tech coming out they sent a text with a short bio and a picture. The tech new his stuff and very friendly. He had the door repaired in no time. Thank you

I’m definitely giving Precision Doors a 5-Star rating. I needed assistance to correct the issue of water entering my garage, due to the storm. William Squires came and listened to my complaint. He smiled and with confidence said he could take care of the problem with a new rubber seal on the bottom of door. If that didn’t work, he said he would return to add an additional seal on floor. I assured him, I would call if this did not work. My compliments to the company for hiring such competent workers.

Very Disappointed in this establishment. Would not recommend to future customers. We paid for a brand new system June 2020 and have had 3 technicians come to “repair” our “NEW” system in the past 7 months. We paid close to $1300 for a terrible job. Hunter “fixed” it yesterday stating that the problems “might be the wires” and by the time I got home from work last night (not even 10 hours later) the garage door would not shut. I had to pull the emergency handle to close it and called this morning to get someone else to fix the problem, yet again. I was directed to a sales lady who then asked me “what was wrong with the garage door this time around.” as if I knew how to diagnose the problem with the garage. Something that I obviously have no expertise in. So rather than reading notes from the previous tech, it seemed more of a bother to her that I didn’t know what was wrong with my parents garage. We finally got another technician, Jordan, who we had the very first time and he was able to fix the problem. If you do decide with going with Precision ask for Jordan because he seemed more knowledgeable than the other people I had spoken to previously.
