Was extremely impressed with the young man who was sent to my home. He called to let us know a time of arrival. We discussed the situation and I asked him several times if I would still be able to open the door manually. He thought about my question while he replaced the broken spring. It concerned him so he checked the labels on the frames and realized the wrong spring had been installed in the first place. It was for a non-insulated door. He made phone calls and found out what the right part should have been. He dismantled what he had already done and put the appropriate spring. I was amazed at the difference it made. Wasn't just doing the job, but doing it right!!!!

I started a chat and was able to get service scheduled for the next business day. Communication was excellent. Prior to the service tech coming out they sent a text with a short bio and a picture. I’m definitely giving Precision Doors a 5-Star rating. I needed assistance to correct the issue of water entering my garage, due to the storm. William Squires came and listened to my complaint. He smiled and with confidence said he could take care of the problem with a new rubber seal on the bottom of door. If that didn’t work, he said he would return to add an additional seal on floor. I assured him, I would call if this did not work. My compliments to the company for hiring such competent workers.
