It was 9:30 am New Year's Eve and I was painting in my house. My wife was going to go out but couldn't get the garage door open. I saw that the spring was broken. I called Precision Door not knowing if they could even get to me that day. They said they had an opening between 10 and 12 and I said thank you. After I hung up the phone, I was getting ready to paint again and the phone rang, the tech said he was on his way. About 30 minutes later he arrived, explained my options and in 1 hour I had new springs, rollers and cables. He was finished around noon. What started out as a bad day with a lot of uncertainty ended up better that I could have imagined. I highly recommend Precision Door I thank you very much

My spring was broken. I called Saturday at 9:47 am and talked to Erin and she was helpful and then told me she could have someone come out today! I couldn't believe it! Brian called less than an hour later to set up the time to meet. Brian got here at 11 am. He did his inspection and gave me several options and explained everything so I could understand...like I asked was the drum the big wheel ha ha. Brian then said he could do the job today and I was so excited! Less than 2 hours later, I have a perfectly working garage door and I have no worries with their guarantee! Call them now!! I called to have my garage door looked at a couple of weeks ago. Instead of trying to fix the problem all the technician tried to do was sell me product after product. He didn’t attempt to open up the panel or take a look around to see what the problem was. As soon as I told him I wasn’t interested in spending thousands of dollars he tried to get out of there as fast as possible. Yet, I still had to pay the $50 fee for him being there no more than 5 minutes. I then called All American and they knew what the problem was immediately and didn’t try to sell me a whole new garage. What a waste of time and money Precision was.
