This company is full of Hot Air, all Hat no Cattle! I have Nine Garage Doors (one is not working which prompted my call to Precision). They set a scheduled appointment for July 6th. The Technician (JD) was very nice, reviewed everything, needed to order a door spring to fix the immediate issue and promised a call back the next day July 7th. It is July 16th and there has NOT been any follow up or contact from Precision Door. I would not use this company unless your looking for all style no substance, they’re flashy with all there computer tech, and big promises, but they don’t deliver. Still waiting, garage door still broken, maybe they meant next year not next day, just saying.

I listened to two videos before calling your business and making my decision to go with your company. I was surprised that you could install the same day that I called and was given three options at the time of visit. The rep was very knowledgeable and informed me of three different brands of garage door openers. I made my choice based on his presentation.
