I called to have my garage door looked at a couple of weeks ago. Instead of trying to fix the problem all the technician tried to do was sell me product after product. He didn’t attempt to open up the panel or take a look around to see what the problem was. As soon as I told him I wasn’t interested in spending thousands of dollars he tried to get out of there as fast as possible. Yet, I still had to pay the $50 fee for him being there no more than 5 minutes. I then called All American and they knew what the problem was immediately and didn’t try to sell me a whole new garage. What a waste of time and money Precision was.

I requested an estimate for damaged garage door. Service was very prompt and the service rep was EXCELLENT!! He was cordial, explained damage thoroughly and provided estimate. At this time, haven't decided what I will do as far as repairs. Again, service was the BEST!!

call in the morning they came out same day. My Garage door would not open. Cody was very professional. He explained everything I needed to repair my garage door. The door spring broke. I decided to have a new Garage door Opener installed as well a long with new rollers. They have a wonderful warrant. He never tried to sell me items in did not need. I will always use Precision Doors.

We have used Precision since arriving in P'cola in 2016. They always are professional and do a wonderful job for us. We had to replace the garage door opener since it was the original to the house. Very happy with our purchase.
