When I called about my problem I was treated with respect and kindness and was scheduled right away. Shortly after my call Jack arrived and diagnosed my problem right away! He explained the issue clearly and gave me my options. I must say, I was very impressed with him, as a person and as a technician and I would very highly recommend him as well as your agency! Of course at the most inopportune time the garage door spring broke. Quick response, Precision was able to fit me in the following morning. Jack (Service Tech) arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the problem and explained what parts and cost required to return the door to its proper operation. Work was completed followed by a safety inspection. Overall evaluation: Jack arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and very knowledgable. (Precision Overhead also installed my functional storm Shutters) Highly Recommended! john

Started with the garage door not opening and closing well and very noisy. Tech Jack Maskery diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Thankfully he had not left yet when we discovered the openers he had programmed were not working. Jack discovered the motor was shot, so he installed an entire brand new Precision Door Opener. While the cost increased quite a bit, I now have a door opener with a 10-year warranty, the door goes up and down a lot quieter, and Jack was a perfect gentleman and skilled tech. I would highly recommend Precision, and though I don't know the other techs, I would ask for Jack. ????

Left tension spring broke at 7:30 AM on Sunday morning, couldn't get cars out of garage. Supposed to leave on vacation the next day, but decided to delay one more day. Called and got an appointment between 8-10 on Monday. Bailey was awesome, arrived at 8:40, inspected the entire garage door system, and identified 3 rusted ball bearings that also needed replacement. I had already decided on Sunday to purchase two green powder coated tension springs, a bit more cost wise, but the lifetime warranty convinced me. Removal and install completed within 45 mins! Extremely happy with company and Bailey. Will stay as a customer! Kudos to your staff!
