Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

Precision Garage Door Services came the day after I called, during the time period agreed, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. The technicians were courteous and pleasant.
