Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

Cant imagine wanting a more professional company than Precision. I cant think of anything even slightly negative. Removed and installed an entire garage door system in just a few hours. Precision Garage Door Services came the day after I called, during the time period agreed, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. The technicians were courteous and pleasant. This is my second experience with Precision Door and I'm again very pleased with the service provided! I had new garage door openers installed in January and had new garage doors installed today. JD came and did my initial door measurements and discussed door options with me lzst Saturday. He was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. Trung and Colt did my installation today, contacted me by phone prior to arriving, and arrived on time. They briefly went over what they planned to do and asked if I had any questions. They worked for a solid 5 to 6 hours removing my 34 year old wooden doors and installing the new steel doors. They were both very professional, polite, and focused on getting the job completed correctly. Trung provided a thorough discussion of the work that was completed and demonstrated the new doors to me. I was extremely pleased with today's experience. Also, I again want to commend Precision for its excellent communications with me throughout the entire process. Someone answered when I called. I was sent texts with photos of the technicians before they arrived. I received a call from the office to schedule my installation. And after the work was completed, I received a follow up text and email requesting feedback. Well done!

Precision Door recently replaced my two 34 year old chain driven garage door openers with new belt driven units. We couldn't be happier with the service provided or the quiet new openers! First, let me say that Precision Door excels at communications. I selected Precision after doing an internet search and reading their testimonials. It was 7pm, but their website indicated they were still open so I gave them a call. An "actual person" answered the phone and was quite professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I received a phone message from the technician, Chris Taylor, indicating he could arrive early if I was available. I called back and verified the earlier time worked for me. Moments later I received a text including a photo of Chris and a brief bio about him. Chris arrived shortly thereafter and was extremely professional, polite, personable, and efficient. He looked over my existing openers, discussed my needs with me, and provided a quote to replace my openers with new ones to meet my requirements. The price was fair and the work was completed in less than 4 hours from the time Chris arrived. He did an outstanding job installing my new units, cleaning up, and in demonstrating the features of the new systems. I received a copy of my invoice and warranty information by email and a follow-up email from Precision Door asking for feedback within minutes of Chris leaving. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and especially with my technician, Chris Taylor. Excellent job!

I called around 2:30, got an appointment for same day. The technician was punctually and very professional. He explained what had gone wrong with our garage door and fixed it so it is secure.
