Can't believe how big a difference there is in the sound and smoothness of its operation now. Mr. Young was very polite and wasted no time while doing extensive repair and replacement of many old components that were at their breaking point and extremely noisy. I am more than pleased. Kyle and his team were great! They came in and let us know what they were going to do went right to work and finished Very quickly. Then they went through how to put the hurricane shutters on. We had shutters that had to be adjusted for our new deck and the new accommodations worked perfectly. The young men were courteous and very polite. They are a compliment to your business. A really great service experience! Hunter Rogers (service tech) arrived well within the scheduled window and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The door operates so quietly that you almost have to look at the door to see it opening/closing. Great job, very good price. From the start, everything went smoothly, while looking online for a garage door opener repair company, I saw the Precision site, went to it and saw they prefer to repair if possible as to just try and sell you a new one.. That was what caught my attention. I was able to make an appointment online to have someone come check my garage door opener.. Hunter called when he was on his way, he checked out the opener, determined what was wrong, called and found the part I needed, and as it was almost time for the parts store to close he said he could set up another day to come back and fix it.. I was able to have my garage door opener working a day later.. Hunter did a great job, and I am pleased with Precision Door service and their employees..
