Thank you for such a quick response time on repairing my garage door. I called Monday afternoon because of a broken spring on my garage door and by 0900hrs Tuesday the door was repaired and working great. Technician James Estes was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

My garage door stopped working so I looked up repair services online. This company claimed to come the same day you call. I called immediately and the person who answered the phone was very efficient and scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The techs called before coming, were very nice and professional. They had my garage door working and did maintenance and were finished in thirty minutes. I will definitely use them when have issues with garage doors and will refer them to friends. Thanks so much for such great service!

Loved the web chat appointment setting then emailing a picture, individual reviews and background information on the technician coming was wonderful it made me feel Wade was trustworthy even before he arrived. Wade was on time, very professional and personal. He took time toe explain the issues in layman terms. Very kind to my dog. When I need Precision Doors again I will certainly ask for Wade.

WOW!! Less than 2 hours after my initial call to Precision Door Service, Roger and Triston arrived and had completed repairs to my garage door that wouldn't close properly. They actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and the quality of work that we received was excellent. Roger & Triston completed the job in minimum time, and even performed a safety check! Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. They were both personable, professional and efficient.... Overall, I'm very satisfied! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my my friends and family members!!!

We are new to the area and bought an existing home and had a problem with the garage door. I called Precision because of their broad area of coverage and was not disappointed in what I received. The response to my call was excellent with same day service. The technician, Wade McNeal, did a superior job, not only repairing the problem but going over the entire function of the door and pointing out future problem areas. When I need service in the future or when the door needs replacing, I will definitely call Precision and request Wade for the job.
