From the start, everything went smoothly, while looking online for a garage door opener repair company, I saw the Precision site, went to it and saw they prefer to repair if possible as to just try and sell you a new one.. That was what caught my attention. I was able to make an appointment online to have someone come check my garage door opener.. Hunter called when he was on his way, he checked out the opener, determined what was wrong, called and found the part I needed, and as it was almost time for the parts store to close he said he could set up another day to come back and fix it.. I was able to have my garage door opener working a day later.. Hunter did a great job, and I am pleased with Precision Door service and their employees..

I MUST SAY HE WAS A VERY NICE PERSON AND VERY SKILLED, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS DOING. I’ve always heard great things about this company and the rumors were true! Incredibly fast, professional, courteous, and completely solved my hurricane, double car garage door issues. They were here within minutes of the call, had all the parts on hand and executed the repair rapidly. Super efficient and well worth it!

Expectations were met and beyond! Excellent and fast customer service. I called on Friday and a technician was at my door at 0800 the next morning. The beauty of their notification system is awesome. We are new to the area and bought an existing home and had a problem with the garage door. I called Precision because of their broad area of coverage and was not disappointed in what I received. The response to my call was excellent with same day service. The technician, Wade McNeal, did a superior job, not only repairing the problem but going over the entire function of the door and pointing out future problem areas. When I need service in the future or when the door needs replacing, I will definitely call Precision and request Wade for the job.

My garage door stopped working so I looked up repair services online. This company claimed to come the same day you call. I called immediately and the person who answered the phone was very efficient and scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The techs called before coming, were very nice and professional. They had my garage door working and did maintenance and were finished in thirty minutes. I will definitely use them when have issues with garage doors and will refer them to friends. They replaced the aging electrical Chain driven garage door opener with a quiet belt driven one. Did it quickly ~ 2 hours, and also replaced metal wheels with a newer style wheel.. Renter commented on how quiet the door is now. Great job, Thanks!
