I'm so pleased I contacted Precision for my garage door repair. Austin Young repaired and replaced many parts on my garage door. Can't believe how big a difference there is in the sound and smoothness of its operation now. Mr. Young was very polite and wasted no time while doing extensive repair and replacement of many old components that were at their breaking point and extremely noisy. I am more than pleased. Kyle and his team were great! They came in and let us know what they were going to do went right to work and finished Very quickly. Then they went through how to put the hurricane shutters on. We had shutters that had to be adjusted for our new deck and the new accommodations worked perfectly. The young men were courteous and very polite. They are a compliment to your business. A really great service experience! Hunter Rogers (service tech) arrived well within the scheduled window and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The door operates so quietly that you almost have to look at the door to see it opening/closing. Great job, very good price. I highly recommend Precision.

They came out the same day and replaced my garage door opener quickly. Very clean, knowledgeable, and professional. I had just purchased my home in "as is" condition 2 months ago without an inspection. One of the guys noticed a very low noise coming from my electrical box and probably saved me from my house burning down or someone getting hurt. Thanks so much!!!
