The technicians were on time, professional, and friendly to talk to and answer questions. I was surprised at how quickly they did the work since I had to go with the most extensive repair package (basically a spring repair with upgrade on almost everything else) I’m not happy about the price, but thankful for the Veterans discount and 12 months no interest.

Kenneth arrived on time ( early actually) . It was time to retire the old sears garage door opener…the new precision door opener is whisper quiet. My service tech Alex Tran was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fast at his job. He is a credit to your company. Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, I know my way around tools and can just about build a house by myself. But I chose to have someone else do the job so I didn't have to get parts or new tools for the task. Not to mention, save time.

So happy that when I called for service on my garage door I was greeted with a very pleasant person, and was able to set up a quick appointment to have my door repaired. I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very pleasant and gave me some pointers on how to keep my door working smoothly for a long time. My technician was Kenneth. He was very thorough and pleasant.
