Cody Green and Hunter Kinnard were very professional, friendly, and explained the problems with my garage door system. They recommended options for fixing the problems, and after I selected an option, they quickly and efficiently repaired, adjusted or installed all needed parts and balanced the door. Nathan has been out to our home at least a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options (door is 18 yrs. old). At this time, we just had to opt for the most affordable to get us by. Our insurance company is requiring us to put a new roof on and is to be completed this week. We are retired and money is tight with constant maintenance at our home. We will reach out to you in the future if anything else is needed. You all had to come out a couple of years ago. The main coils snaped and we could not get our door to open. You all were at our home the next day. I could not get my car out of the garage but not an emergency.

Precision door installed my new garage opener several years ago. They were skilled and efficient and did an excellent job. Over the weekend I had an issue with my keypad and sent a message to Precision with an explanation of the issue. I received an acknowledgement email, and then was advised of next steps. Precision’s technician arrived on time this morning and fixed the problem within minutes. While he was here he inspected my garage door and identified areas that will need attention in the future. My technician, Kerry, was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly thorough, explained everything down to the finest detail and was very understanding about us being on a schedule to have the new door installed. While we are hoping it was just going to be a repair, his attention to detail caught small items that probably would become an even bigger problem so much sooner than we expected. Some of these small things couldve caused a safety issue to us or impact the protection of our home. I cannot thank him enough! He was wonderful and I will be recommending not only Kerry, but Precision Door Services to friends and family.

I’ve had issues for several weeks & was going to call Precision one day last week. As I was out walking my neighborhood, I saw a Precision truck & took it as a sign. I spoke with Cody who stopped by when he was completed & looked at my garage door. He called his scheduling manager who scheduled Jacob to come the next day to fix my issues. Jacob did a fantastic job & was very personable & informative. He showed me what he would do, did it & then explained what else could be done then. He gave me 3 options for what work could be done. One was way out there, but the other 2 were within reason, so he fixed the trim, tightened the spring & inspected both doors. I couldn’t have been happier with the job he did or his customer-centric attitude. He’s definitely an asset to Precision.
