Called Friday and service appointment scheduled for Monday afternoon. Service tech called to say he could come earlier. By 1:00 I had a new opener. Very pleased with the service. Alex was very nice, explained everything, provided options. Would definitely recommend.

They told me 4-6 PM, Riley was there at 4 PM, I told him the Genie motor had stopped working. He worked it up on his tablet after inspection and showed me my 3 options; when I made my selection - which was much less expensive than anticipated - (whole new mechanism) he went right to work from his fully-equipped truck and was finished in a little more than 2 hours. Great personality and work ethic - my door sounded like an old Ford truck before it quit and now sounds like a Prius! I highly recommend this company.

I was aware of precision services from previous garage door work. Ron performed a full inspection, prepared a list of recommended repair and replacement options and gave a quote for the recommended services. He was thorough and worked tirelessly doing all the work without a break performing the necessary repairs to get my garage door back up and running. The door now functions more smoothly and quietly. Overall Great job!

Excellent service. I had used Precision several years ago to replace my opener so when a guide track failed (my fault) I called them again. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and the follow-up progress notifications were great. The technician (Jack Maskery) arrived on time, offered a choice of solutions (one was actually free), and did a great job replacing the tracks. I highly recommend this company. Very professional. Brian was great! Along with being very professional, he was very personable and knowledgeable. After the inspection, he told me of the things that needed or didn't need to be repaired. He was not pushy at all, which I appreciate. The door worked great when he was finished! I appreciated the senior discount as well. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if the need arises.

Purchased a new garage door and opener with camera and keypad two years ago. Backup battery in the opener was bad and was replaced today. Bryan, with phone assistance from Brianna, was amazing. The camera was also not connecting with my wifi. They both stayed with it until he got everything working properly. I received excellent service today and would highly recommend Precision Door

Service was fantastic. My car was "stuck" in the garage after the chain broke. I had an early morning appointment and needed my car. The young lady in the office was able to contact a technician to come to the house tonight. Ron, the technician was so nice and was able to repair the door. Every time I have called Precision Door, the response has been wonderful.
