Recommended by a neighbor/friend. Excellent diagnosis of issues by Kenneth Hane. Purchased everything suggested by him. Great salesman. Outstanding installation by Trung Phan. Clean work. Knew what he was doing. I went from Panic to Satisfied in a matter of a few hours. Would recommend to others.

This was a great experience from the easy online appointment scheduler to the thorough communication before arrival. Tech Alex was very knowledgable, friendly, and communicative. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary fixes in a timely manner at a very affordable price. I could not be happier with the service I received and will certainly be using Precision for any issue I may have going forward.

I chose PGDS as I have used you 4 years ago on a job in Gulf Breeze. Had good experience then with the Tech and we had a great experience with Nathan on our job @ 406 Ronji Way. Nathan did an outstanding job doing the necessary repairs to the garage door and also doing the R&R to our new door opener. Nathan is a very positive credit to PGDS. He is the type guy you want to be in front of your customer doing necessary garage door needs. This young man should go along ways in life by being the type young man that he is. Courteous and a real professional. Ralph Amick (Satisfied Customer)

A neighbor recommended this business. I filled out my request for service online and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Precision Door was quick to respond with texts and phone calls. My appointment was double booked with another customer. I was given priority since my car was locked in my garage due to a broken overhead spring, and I had a doctor's appointment that I needed to make. Cody came at 8 am, got my car out, and asked if he could service the other booked appointment next and come back later the same day. I agreed. While waiting, I read helpful bios and reviews on line. Reading the reviews helped me realize that they offer a military discount (which I was given). It also helped me realize that they charge a convenience fee for using a credit or debit card. I wrote a check and was still charged the convenience fee. I realized this when I read over the itemized invoice. I asked my wife to double check my figures. She agreed and called Precision Door the next day. After she spoke to a person in the Pensacola office about the overcharge, we are expecting that fee to be reimbursed.

I had an amazing experience with Precision Garage Door Service, thanks to RJ & his partner. He installed a new garage door panel with precision (no pun intended) and professionalism. From start to finish, RJ was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The installation was seamless, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My garage door looks brand new again! RJ’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It’s rare to find such exceptional service these days, but Precision Garage Door Service delivers! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repairs or installation. Thanks again, RJ, for your outstanding work!

Kenny came out and gave me an estimate for a new door. He went over all of the options to help me find the best door for my needs. He explained the process of how the installers would complete the installation of my new door and he listened to my needs. When I called to get an appointment the whole process went really well and everyone answered any questions I had. If I could give the entire company more than 5 stars I would. THANK YOU PRECISION for your help!!!!

Quick response - able to set up appointment next day. Technician called ahead and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed in no time. The technician, Alex Tran, was courteous and professional. Precision replaced our opener and rebuilt the door hardware about 8 years ago. Super work and super service.
