Precision door installed my new garage opener several years ago. They were skilled and efficient and did an excellent job. Over the weekend I had an issue with my keypad and sent a message to Precision with an explanation of the issue. I received an acknowledgement email, and then was advised of next steps. Precision’s technician arrived on time this morning and fixed the problem within minutes. While he was here he inspected my garage door and identified areas that will need attention in the future. My technician, Kerry, was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly thorough, explained everything down to the finest detail and was very understanding about us being on a schedule to have the new door installed. While we are hoping it was just going to be a repair, his attention to detail caught small items that probably would become an even bigger problem so much sooner than we expected. Some of these small things couldve caused a safety issue to us or impact the protection of our home. I cannot thank him enough! He was wonderful and I will be recommending not only Kerry, but Precision Door Services to friends and family.

Technician Trung Phan arrived promptly on time. He introduced himself. He was very courteous, cordial and respectful. He explained every aspect of the garage door and garage door opener installation. He stayed focused on the work until the installation was completed. He made sure that the complete product package worked before finishing. He made sure that I had all the appropriate product paperwork. He advised me about the county inspector that still needed to sign off on the installation and gave me a date for the inspection. I would recommend this company for its products and service. I would definitely recommend Technician Phan for his work ethic and dedication to his work. Nathan was wonderful. He did a full assessment of my garage door and door opener. He asked what I was needing. He presented and explained all of my options. Asking if I had questions. After I had made my decision, he went to work on my requests. After completion he went over every action he had done and how everything worked - even demonstrating how every thing worked. He revisited my warranty and again asked if I had questions. I would recommend Nathan to anyone. Very pleased.

Kerry & Kenny were fantastic! Both were professional, courteous, and respectful. Kerry had initially alerted me to termite damage- we stopped - I had the issue checked out & taken care of. I called on a Tuesday to schedule them to come back & wanted them to come that Friday due to my elderly mother only being able to get out of the house through the garage. The office rearranged the scheduling for Friday. (You don’t see that these days) Kerry & Kenny explained in detail everything from new motor, lighting, etc…. & help set the keypad & remotes. Kerry & Kenny picked up their debris and even took some damaged termite boards of mine. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. And if I need you in the future, I will ask for Kerry & Kenny.

He reviewed products at different price points so I could budget my selection. Precision Garage Door Service of Pensacola provided excellent customer service when our garage door spring broke. I enjoyed the ability to book an appointment online. As a customer I appreciated the fact that prior to arrival I got both a phone call from the technician and a text along with a picture of who would be working on the repair. In addition, the company offers both senior and military discount which is always appreciated. Cody was my technician and he arrived on time, completed the safety inspection and reviewed my concerns before creating an estimate with my options for repair. He went over in great detail the various options and warranty. We ended up upgrading and replacing all moving parts on the door and added the 10 year warranty.Cody's work was exceptional and the additional spring allowed for much easier use. I would highly recommend this company.
