I found this company by searching the internet I am new to the area and found myself in small crisis....my garage door would neither open or shut....I called the 888 number at 8PM and actually spoke to a person and set up an appointment for the following morning 8-10AM. I received a phone call at 8:45 from the tech that he was on his way and he was true to his word...Roger was wonderful......told me exactly what was wrong fixed the problem.......gave my pointers on garage care.....it was one of the best service experiences I have had since I arrived in Pensacola......Hats off to this company and particularly Roger I would use them again....oh and by the way they were very reasonable.

Just had service completed on my garage door and am extremely satisfied. I found Precision by searching online and was impressed with the professional website and particularly the ability to see a photo of my technician (Corey) before he came out. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the tech arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. Bobby and the team never cease to amaze me and over deliver on what I consider fantastic service already. Garage door motor went down over the weekend and placed a call in to get someone on site. With most vendors, you expect a week or so to get out to see you and then you hope they actually remember to show up. Not with Bobby and his team! I was told a tech would be onsite Monday morning at 8:30 and ready to address our repair issue promptly. How awesome is that! In addition to the quick service time, I was notified when the tech was on the way and who it was which made it very easy for us to plan our day. Tech showed up, was very professional and as always, a quality job was completed. I have used Bobby and his team on several occasions and could not be happier with every aspect of their quality and service levels. Customer for life!

One word sums up my 1st experience with Precision, "Awesome". From online scheduling, to the confirmation email which advised me what tech would be servicing my garage (tech photo included) to the actual tech (Roger Sweat) himself this was a great experience. Mr. Sweat not only called to let me know he could arrive early but was punctual, very informative and knowledgeable, very nice and professional. After this experience with Precision I would highly recommend they are used to anyone as well as they will be by garage door service provider from here on out. ( I had my doors maintenanced)

Roger was the best. Called prior to arrival, professional and experienced. We had routine maintenance- no issues. We have been with Precision for some time. Our prior tech Jason was promoted to manager which we were excited about. Roger is our service tech now and we are very pleased. All service was explained and doors checked. There were no problems. Tech bio and drug test etc. is a good practice with ID verify. A quality service company highly recommended without hesitation.

Out standing, They replace old garage door about a month ago and the safety limit got hit by the car's front wheel backing out. I called them and they were right out and replaced it. The workmanship of the technician was out standing and courteous.

Have to admit I was a little nervous when I found out that our service tech, Roger Sweat, would be our tech for the repair of our garage door as he was new to Precision Door Service company but he informed us he came to the job with 26 years of repairing/installing garage door experience. Roger quickly found the reason why our garage door would not open and installed a top of the line spring, cable, and roller kit. Our door works better than it ever has and is 100% quieter. He also figured out why our remotes were not working properly and suggested we replace the LED bulbs on the door opener with GE "rough service" light bulbs. It solved our remote control garage door opener problems instantly!!!

Called these guys after hours out to my commercial business. I had a 12 foot rollup door jump track, leaving my business unsecured, after business hours. Ready to leave for work on a Monday morning and wife and I were greased due to a sudden garage door opener that needed to be replaced. Had no idea who to call as we never had any problems with our garage door in the past. Googled garage door repair Pensacola and picked precision because their website had alot of good info and most importantly it said they would get to your house within 24hrs. I called at 8am, got someone on the phone who said some techs could be out to my house between 9-11am. They were there by 10am and gone by 11am. How many home repairs do you have to hire someone and they are at your door and have the problem resolved within 3-4hrs. They were honest and told us how much a repair cost, how much 3 different levels of garage door opener replacements cost and we choose the mid level replacement. They programmed not only our key pads but our vehicles as well. I realize that not all service calls will go this smooth as each customer's need are different but Precision Door Service made a great impression and our garage door performs very well.

Called for an estimate and Justin and Roger came out the same day. Thoroughly explained pros and cons on the door and closer, quoted the price and made an install date convenient for me, not the next day but the one after. Arrived on time, worked hard and explained all the features and how to operate remotes, keypad till I understood. I got estimates from two others but Roger and Justin made me feel comfortable and confident to go with Precision. Certainly a 5. I was even complimented on my decision, thanks guys!
