Suddenly the garage door wouldn't open. The guys were able to make out sooner than planned. Besides broken springs, its an old door with many issues. They explained everything to me. I'm on a tight budget & they fixed my door without breaking my checkbook. I'll be calling them back should I have any other problems.

One of the springs broke this morning so I started a web search for a company to replace it and found Precision with excellent reviews by their customers. I called shortly after 8am when they opened and Justin was here at 8:45. He looked at the problem and provided me three quotes for different levels of service with no up selling. I made my choice and a little more than an hour later we were ready to test. Door lowered ok but it was clear that when the door dropped when raising it and the spring broke I had a stripped component. Justin immediately identified the component - found the replacement part in his truck and 10 minutes later he had picked up his tools and moved everything of mine back into place. Polite, courteous and very professional. Knows his stuff - highly recommend this company and Justin.

Frank was on time, explained exactly what was needed and showed me so I could be sure I knew what was going on. He installed new springs and rollers and gave the door a complete overhaul. And a biggie for me.....he did not spend any time on a cell phone "visiting" with anyone while he was working. That's a huge plus to me.

I needed to have my door serviced and checked out. My remote didn't work any more and I was operating it manually. Cannot tell you how pleased I am after Justin showed up two hours EARLY, on a SATURDAY to fix my garage door springs that snapped. Called twice while on the way, showed me what he could do to get us back in action and what he could do to overhaul our 18 year old door! I opted for the Best package that replaced darn near every moving thing on the door but the door itself for half the cost of a new door. Lot of money, yes, but the piece of mind and Lifetime warranty was worth every single penny! Completed the job in right at an hour and Justin was a total professional and superior gentleman to deal with. You're making a mistake by not bookmarking this company and using them for all your garage door needs. I am totally blown away by how easy and silent my door is now. Cannot say Thank You enough. Best company that's ever been to my home, bar none.
