Excellent service! I called in the morning and Spencer was here the same day providing me with several estimates. After deciding which estimate I wanted (BEST), I asked if the work could be done the same day. Yes, Precision Door Service could. A new garage door opener with 2 remotes and keypad, along with new rollers and various other repairs. Spencer and his helper did an excellent job and no mess to clean up. Would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I was very happy to find Precision and find out they do service calls on the weekend. I called about 9:30am and had an appointment for 2:00-4:00pm. The tech showed up around 2:25 and had called me earlier to say he was running a little late and would miss the 2pm arrival; he was traveling an hour to my house from his last service call. The tech was great - thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, and professional - and fixed my door in under 45 minutes. Pretty quick considering the condition the door was in when he showed up. The $49 service fee is extremely fair, especially for a weekend call, and the total price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision again if I need garage door repair.

The chain jumped off track and the door wouldn't work late one evening. I had to go somewhere early the next morning. Opened the phone book and saw this big impressive ad. It said you come out after hours with no extra charge. I called and a really nice, very skilled technician came out within the hour and fixed everything. I am totally pleased!

5-STARS: This was an extremely positive experience from the initial visit to complete garage door replacement with upgraded components and lifetime warranty, all within 2 days from my phone call. Wade was very competent, trustworthy, and demonstrated a desire for excellence that matched my lofty expectations. I am a demanding customer and not easily impressed with the "typical" customer service demonstrated these days. This company gets a 5-star AAA rating in my book. I only called your company because you advertise servcie within 4 hours. It was early afternoon when my garage door broke and I needed to be able to close it for the night. I was given a time of 5-7 PM when I ordered service and I was happy with that. But, I was even happier when you were able to service it 2 hours earlier and be done well before a scheduled event I was having at my house that evening. Jason and Darryl did a fantastic job ! I LOVE my new opener which I hadn't intended on buying but am now glad I did and my garage door works perfectly now and may hold up until REBUILD NW Florida gets around to me! I will never use another garage door company and I will pass my experience around to others. Thank you. I can tell you are a company that takes pride in your service and product.

My garage door spring broke Monday afternoon at 4pm on a holiday. I found your website and noticed a 24hr chat link. I wanted to inquiry about the price to repair the spring. I got a quick reply and was told they could schedule someone to be at my house between 6pm-8pm that night. I went ahead and scheduled it and with an hour the tech called and was on his way. Not only was it storming outside and under a tornado watch a tornado had actually struck in our area and the tech, Jason Lite's, still came out. Very courteous and professional. He explained the repair and what it would cost before the fix. Highly recommend this business for anybody looking for quick service and fair pricing.

How refreshing to dial your number for a service call and hear a pleasant answer instead of going through a series of pushing buttons to reach a person. Another pleasant thing was getting an appointment for the service call the same day. Better still, a call was made to confirm the appointment and suggested an earlier time which was great. We were pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their skill in repairing our garage door opener. In answering our questions, they were able to assist us further in some repairs needed for our garage door. Also, let me add that we are senior citizens and appreciated the respect shown to us by the repairmen. We will not hesitate to recommend this great company to all our friends.

They came the same day we called, were very punctual, actually emailed a picture of our service representative ahead of time, and called us when he was on his way. Very satisfied. Called them at noon and they can out by 4pm. They replaced our 20-year old garage door motor/opener with a new belt driven system. I've never heard a quieter garage door opener. The technician arrived promptly, ran a comprehensive check of the garage door, showed me the checklist and explained it. He repaired the system in very short order. He also identified a problem I had with the electric eye sensor that I had just been living with and with my permission repaired that also. At my request he sold me a remote opener that had not come with the house when I bought it several years ago. Satisfied that all was working well and that I understood how to operate the remote he was finished. The entire experience was positive and I felt that I received good value for my money. Of special note to me was that he did not try to sell me a new door, which had been my fear.
