My husband and I both worked and the garage door broke and we couldn't get the cars out to go to work. I immediately called Precision and spoke to a wonderful customer service person, who told us someone would call us shortly and that his name was Darryl. Not long after Darryl called and came over during his lunch hour to fix the garage door. He was pleasant, efficient and most professional. Our door was fixed and off I went to work, and my husband is going this evening. Thank you so much. We have used Precision since we purchased the house in Pensacola, and will continue to do do . In this day and age this company is stellar for customer service and a quality staff.

To my surprise the tech called earlier and was able too complete the job ahead of the previous scheduled appointment time. He got right to work and fine tuned the garage door for maximum efficiency. Just a minor alignment problem now could mean major repair bill in the future. Thanks for the rapid response and excellent service. It was a tune up and not a repair.

I experienced lightning damage this week at my house this week. My garage door opener was fried. Precision promptly came out. Replaced my opener. I had them go ahead and upgrade door parts, remotes etc. my garage door is better than before. You may pay a little more. But excellence of workmanship was worth it.

This is an update to my previous posting. Upon inspection of the parts that were supposed to have been replaced, it was discovered that the cables were not replaced, even though the repairman said they were and he billed me for them. Jason (Manager) had a different repairman out the next day to replace the cables. In addition he authorized the upgrading of my springs, replaced both end bearings and gave me a lifetime warranty. That's good customer service. Thank You Jason.

Your Technicians were ahead of scheduled and called to let me know and they arrived about 30 minutes ahead of time. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and appearance. Both shook hands and introduced themselves then asked what the problem was with the door. It turned out to be something very simple and I felt stupid for calling but they didn't make me feel that way. I apparently was the last customer of the day. Without even examining the garage door opener, I am told the "mother board" is "probably" out and quoted a enormous amount to replace it. Then I was told the "motor" was "probably" out and quoted even a larger amount to replace it. After I asked how did he know then when he did not even inspect the garage door opener, he said he would get his ladder. I am not sure what he did as I stepped into the house and when I came out he said the was a screw that was too tight and he loosened it to allow the garage door to open. Then he said he could do the a tune up that normally cost $50 more than the $39.95 he would charge me. like he was doing me a favor. So for the visit and the service I paid $49.95 plus the $39.95 for a total of $89.90. after I agreed and stepped back into my house and out within 10 mins. he said he was done. I am not sure really what he did other than loosen a screw and . Then after he was gone all my remotes and keyless entry was not working. So I made another service call and told the scheduler I was not going to pay anything else. However, I work out of my home and to be available for a 2 hours time span was no good for me. I felt like if I had just agreed to having the mother board replaced or the total garage door opener he would have done it and I really would have been screwed. I do not like the Tech not introducing himself to me either. In looking up who the Tech was, his name is John Garris. Choice below of what service was performed, I just picked one in order to submit the review.
