When I Googled "Garage Door Repairs," Precision was the first site that came up. The site said they could provide same day service. When I called, the agent said they would be able to take care of it that day. The Technician arrived during the time frame I was told. He was very knowledgeable and was able to replace the broken spring in good time. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. He noticed I was wearing a "Navy" t-shirt and asked if I was retired military. I said yes and received a 10% discount. That was great and very much appreciated.

We inquired about some noise that was bothering us. Mason was our Technician and explained to us that the noise was from our chain drive opener and not the rest of the door system. After explaining our options, Mason installed a Belt Drive Opener with WiFi capabilities. We are very pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with our Technician/Installer. Triston and a helper arrived as scheduled. They worked steadily for several hours replacing two garage doors, only taking a small break for lunch. When the installation was complete and working flawlessly they removed all materials, etc. Triston explained the operation in detail before leaving.
