I received your advertisement in a group of flyers in the mail some time ago and thought I had better hold on to it just in case as it looked like good coverage. Today I called for service as my unit was malfunctioning and your rep, Corey, arrived at the time promised. I asked if a repair was possible rather than a new unit and he tried to accommodate me however was unable as my unit was too old to get parts for. He installed a new unit in short order and explained the operation of it. I was quite impressed in his job performance as he wasted no time and knew exactly what he was doing. The new unit works beautifully, very smooth and quiet.

Darrell Williams was the person who did my door installation. He was on time both for the initial inspection (proposal) and installation. I am retired Navy and timeliness is very important to me. I interviewed other companies but their personnel did not appear as professional as Precision's. Darrell made sure the installation was done correctly and that all old material was removed from my property. My only problem with Precision was when I attempted to accept your proposal. After four phone calls and several days I informed your people that "this is the last call" and I'll be going elsewhere. Luckily I was so impressed with Darrell that I stuck it out and finally got through to Jason who completed the deal. I am retired military and a senior citizen but did no get discounts associated with those identities as I see offered on this letter.

I had a garage door that was installed in 1959 replaced with a modern door. This required some modification. Corey, Triston, Robert and Jason were really good and nice. It was an extensive job and I am pleased so far.

I called Precision on Sunday and asked for a tech to come out on Monday morning. Wade McNeil arrived on time and was wonderful. He was very professional and polite. What I loved about your ad was the discounts offered for seniors and military personnel. I also appreciated same day service advertised in the ad which I needed because I could no longer open my garage door. The technician who responded to my call, Wade, was awesome....Very knowledgeable, easy going and no high pressure tactics.....he showed me 2 different ways/prices to fix my garage door, and explained the pros/cons of each fix. He fixed my door in under an hour, and the door now works beautifully and hasn't been this quiet in years. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends!

We would like to give a special Thanks to John (Mobile) and Precision Door for installation of our garage door. He was friendly and did a great job on installation. We would also like to give a special thanks to the lady that we spoke with for installation. We had a death in the family and needed to leave on Sunday. We called Friday Morning, and she had John out Friday afternoon. Ome cannot ask for better customer service! He was back on Saturday Morning and installed the door. The garage door spring broke and we called Precision @ 1100. We were scheduled between 6 and 8 PM. Our tech, John, did a great job. He replaced the spring and gave us some options on some other things we needed to look at on the garage door. Very professional and efficient. I appreciated having Precision respond on a Saturday night. Great job, thanks, team....

My garage door broke late Thursday afternoon and I needed it repaired quickly as I was preparing for a TDY that weekend. Precision was the only company that was available at that hour that could make the repairs quickly and were the highest rated. The representative was extremely friendly and professional and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Daryl arrived as promised, was courteous and professional. He identified the problem and provided options without trying to push any product or service. He simply presented the information and answered my questions. Once I decided on a course of action, he got to work and finished the job quickly, professionally and cleaned up his work area. I am completely satisfied with Daryl and Precision Door and impressed with the operation. I will definitely refer Precision to friends and co-workers and return if the need arises.

Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Garage door works great Opener was expensive, but door function is very quiet (cost only reason for 4 star instead of 5!) I was not made aware of Military or Senior Citizen's discounts that apparently are available

The customer service is outstanding! The phone rep was courteous and helpful in scheduling the same day visit and tech verification. I was contacted by the tech prior to arrival. The tech (Darrell) assessed the repair and gave a reasonable estimate. I was impressed by the worked performed and the meticulous attention to detail in fine tuning the door contacts and the smooth operation of the garage door upon replacement of the torsion springs and rollers. Five stars for sure!! Loving my new opener on my roll up shop door! Works exactly like I had hoped and the remote even matches the interior of my new Lil sports car, bonus! I've been wanting to have this done for a long time, I had stopped by another door co., twice to have done and nobody would contact me back. Recently my mom had these same people out to replace a circuit board in her opener, I asked her to tell them that no one had ever called me back about what I wanted, still no call. So I looked up openers on internet and found Precision door on a Friday night around 11pm with a live chat, discussed my needs and Precision door was at my home at 7:45am Saturday morning!!! It is not possible to ask for more prompt service!!!! I will be adding garage space to my house in near future and Precision door is the only place I'll contact!
