Our garage door suddenly would not open Saturday. After troubleshooting it was obvious we needed an expert. Emanuel arrived about an hour after calling. He was AWESOME!! He not only explained the problem, but actually showed me what he was observing. After discussing pros and cons, potential problems with the door (21 yrs old, not up to code, aging system, etc), and answering all my questions I decided to hire your company to install a new door and opener. I hope the people who come to do the installation are just as kind and helpful as Emanuel!! Our new door and system will be installed later this week. He also took time to open the door prior to writing things up to allow my daughter to Get her car out so she could run her errands.

Well, I tried to fix the garage door. I had a keypad that was supposed to "just work". It didn't - I even read and followed the instructions! I did a quick internet search for Pensacola garage door repairs and Precision was right there. A phone call and a quick chat with a very nice Scheduler and we were on the Tech's to-do list. In short - he came, he saw he fixed! This company has my STRONGEST recommendation. If you need help, CALL THEM ... they are wonderful!

Techs were great. Went above and beyond what I expected. Only issue was I called at 9AM. Was told they would be there between 4 and 6PM. Techs didn't arrive to sometime between 6:30 and 7PM. So much for the waived service fee if it takes more than 4 hours for them to arrive.

Service call very successful, Wade explained the problem and explained what had to be replaced. I had spent 50 yrs doing computer repair and I know what has to be done to be successful in dealing with the public. Wade easily has knowledge of what it takes.

Just had a garage door replaced by Roger Sweat and his partner (Triston). They both did an excellent job. Their workmanship was at the highest quality and there team works outstanding. The spring on our door came loose at 3PM on a Friday and the company that installed the door 3 years ago told us they could not respond until Monday morning. Unacceptable as our car was in the garage and we had no way to open the door even manually. So we called Precision and they told us they could respond within 4 hours! Service was performed as requested with the technicians arriving early and immediately assessing and repairing the spring on my door that had come loose. The 2 technicians were very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs. Thank you for your immediate response to my request for service! I've used Precision Door Service Pensacola 3 times. Once at home when my garage door got struck by lightning and twice at my place of employment for installation of 3 roll up doors. They are courteous, knowledgeable and fast. They come out quick for quotes and service is usually scheduled that day or the next. I have met Jason, Robert and Corey and they are all professional and courteous. I will continue to support Precision for any garage door service that is needed at my home or work. I was kind of embarresed that my problem was just a loose plug. I was also relieved it was something simple. Wade was great. Couldn't have been any nicer, very polite. I can't explain how happy I am with the job Wade did. He tighened some bolts & put lubicant on the door. He also got here early which was perfect for me. Thanks again.

Precision is Awesome. We have used them twice, last year to replace our motor and this time to replace the spring and bearings. Just like last time we had the spring go out last night. Call them in the morning and they were at our house by 12:30. Springs and bearings replaced within the hour and a half expectation. The technician was very friendly, 2 for 2 on getting the job done, day 1. Not many companies can take the phone call, schedule the appointment, be on time for the appointment, assess the problem correctly and fix the issue all on the same day. Once again they are fast, friendly and get the job done. Thanks Precision. You took a big problem for our family and made it a non issue within half a day.

Found you online. Chatted with a very kind and patient person that evening, who set me up with an appoint for the next day. Wade came out, he called first, and was extremely courteous and professional. We bought the "best" option and feel it was worth the extra cost for peace of mind. The unit was installed in 1999. The spring had broken and the rollers were shot. We got new cables, too. This was a good choice for us as the work was beyond our capabilities.

Darryl and his partner did a fine job installing the new system. We initially tried to troubleshoot the old system with no real success. At that point it made sense to replace the old with a new operator. Very quick and professional on the installation.

Your tech showed up exactly when he was supposed to and was very respectful to my wife. He replaced all of the broken mechanism and cleaned up behind himself. You never would have known he was there except for a new mechanism on our garage door. I'm very pleased with their work and customer service. BTW our garage door has NEVER BEEN THIS QUIET.

I have had the need to use Precision several times, over the past two years, both at my home and my son's home. I have had a variety of maintenance, repair, and replacement services completed.
