Finally, after all these years I was able to discover the answer to one of my recurring questions "how does someone run into their own garage door?" So, as it turns out it is really easy to run into your own garage door. Anyway, after a brief look at the damage and a little self attempt at repairing the door enough to operate, I soon found out I needed help. I called Precision late in the day and Corey was at my home within a very short time. Corey was able to repair the door enough to operate and we ordered the bottom panel that I had damaged. After a week or so the new panel was in and Darrell came to replace the bottom panel at the planned time. It took less than an hour to install the new panel and have me up and running again. Everyone from Precision was very nice and respectful, not even any laughing at my dumb mistake. They say it happens all the time. OH, the vehicle should be out of the shop later today...

The Technician was on time and called me even before he got there to give me an ETA. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. He repaired my door and gave me a heads up of what to look for to tell me that a problem might be arising. The company form the web site to the technician were very professional and Precision will be my garage door company for all future needs. I have had the need to use Precision several times, over the past two years, both at my home and my son's home. I have had a variety of maintenance, repair, and replacement services completed. Precision responded to my calls promptly (same day) , and provided the service I requested. I have never had to call them back to fix something that they had repaired.

Our garage door suddenly would not open Saturday. After troubleshooting it was obvious we needed an expert. Emanuel arrived about an hour after calling. He was AWESOME!! He not only explained the problem, but actually showed me what he was observing. After discussing pros and cons, potential problems with the door (21 yrs old, not up to code, aging system, etc), and answering all my questions I decided to hire your company to install a new door and opener. I hope the people who come to do the installation are just as kind and helpful as Emanuel!! Our new door and system will be installed later this week. He also took time to open the door prior to writing things up to allow my daughter to Get her car out so she could run her errands.

Well, I tried to fix the garage door. I had a keypad that was supposed to "just work". It didn't - I even read and followed the instructions! I did a quick internet search for Pensacola garage door repairs and Precision was right there. A phone call and a quick chat with a very nice Scheduler and we were on the Tech's to-do list. In short - he came, he saw he fixed! This company has my STRONGEST recommendation. If you need help, CALL THEM ... they are wonderful!

Techs were great. Went above and beyond what I expected. Only issue was I called at 9AM. Was told they would be there between 4 and 6PM. Techs didn't arrive to sometime between 6:30 and 7PM. So much for the waived service fee if it takes more than 4 hours for them to arrive.
