RJ was my service technician. He was professional in appearance and demeanor. He performed a 25 point evaluation and presented me with options. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener. The logic board had been zapped by an earlier lightning storm. The garage door was back in operation in short order, Great job

I requested a technician to inspect, lubricate and adjust garage door. Kirby arrived on time, extremely proficient, quick, informative. After performing the maintenance I had requested, He instructed me in the proper care and routine lubrication of the door. One of the best techs I have run across, would recommend Kirby and Precision without hesitation to my family, friends and neighbors for both repair and installation of a new garage door.

I purchased the extended warranty after spring replacement a few years ago and the decal by the door opener button helped me remember who to call. Austin did an excellent job. He is very professional and awesome with customer relations. Would recommend Precision Door and especially Austin to anyone! I have had two other companies over the last several years, but you guys are best by far! Austin repaired the intermittent operation and recommended a surge protector. I have been thru several sprinkler controllers due to surges and had one blown off the wall. A surge protector is cheap insurance.
