I called Precision Door because garage door wouldn't open, due to a broken spring. I was surprised at how quickly technician Wade McNeal was here to do the repair. He checked everything and not only replaced the spring, but replaced the rollers as well. Wade did an excellent job and I will certainly use and recommend Precision Door in the future. They get a 5 Star Rating for sure.

I got quality and prompt service from your technician. However I was told that I was buying the plan that offered a transferable lifetime warranty. When I printed it out I found that it is only good as long as I am the one who still has the garage door that was repaired. There are several things that the door needed but you only have room to show one item, on this review, that was replaced.

Called to schedule an appointment for today and the technician was able to come sooner than scheduled which was great for me! The technician was JD and he very professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and finished the job quickly. Overall this was a very good experience.

My husband and I both worked and the garage door broke and we couldn't get the cars out to go to work. I immediately called Precision and spoke to a wonderful customer service person, who told us someone would call us shortly and that his name was Darryl. Not long after Darryl called and came over during his lunch hour to fix the garage door. He was pleasant, efficient and most professional. I experienced lightning damage this week at my house this week. My garage door opener was fried. Precision promptly came out. Replaced my opener. I had them go ahead and upgrade door parts, remotes etc. my garage door is better than before. You may pay a little more. But excellence of workmanship was worth it.

This is an update to my previous posting. Upon inspection of the parts that were supposed to have been replaced, it was discovered that the cables were not replaced, even though the repairman said they were and he billed me for them. Jason (Manager) had a different repairman out the next day to replace the cables. In addition he authorized the upgrading of my springs, replaced both end bearings and gave me a lifetime warranty. That's good customer service. Thank You Jason.
