Honestly I just looked at the full picture, liked the ratings and since I felt the last technician that I asked to come out because it was making so much noise, and I felt it was working too hard, and something was wrong-my son also asked me about it -and the technician said everything was fine, and this happened that led me to believe it should have be rebalanced or rebuilt somewhat back then, I just wanted to try a new company. As you know you have a good reputation, I like the Angies list award and Homeadvisor winner, BBB and the reviews, so I tried you.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door Service from the moment I called. I got an appointment scheduled quickly and on a day that was convenient for me. I was told a technician would be by between 10-12. Christopher arrived at 10:00 on the nose. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and even made suggestions to finding a panel for our old garage door that is probably not made anymore. Truth be told, I was only looking for a repair, but after speaking with Christopher, I would rather have a new garage door, that's under warranty and installed by someone that is honest and knows what they are doing. I haven't purchased anything from them yet, but plan to in the future. I would recommend Christopher and Precision Door Service to anyone - even if you are just looking. Talk to them first!

This is by far the very best garage door opener we have had in any of our homes. The key pad for the outside was acting up and all it took was a quick phone call in the morning by that afternoon the tech was on hand and the replaced the pad. Was still under warranty so no cost to us. I do and will continue to recommend Precision Garage door products. Thanks for a great product and super service.

The spring on our garage door broke as soon as we entered garage and closed the door. My husband was at work and wasn't able to come and see what is going on. I've googled garage door service companies and called 3 companies prior to Precision. None of those companies answered the call. Precision answered right away and worked very hard with me on helping me out with the problem right away. They send a technician named Daniel. Daniel arrived very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of our problem and gave us a very good price for it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They are very professional, respectful, and their prices are very reasonable!

I couldn't be more pleased. The technician, Austin, took his time in analyzing what was needed, explained what had to be done and gave a very fair estimate. I first used the services of this company for my home garage door upgrading...all great. Since then I have had this company update my professional service business's doors and was very happy. Jason and his colleague were extremely customer service oriented. Extra effort was spent making sure the door operated smoothly and quietly per the garage door opening originally constructed to not being totally plumb(in square). When I mentioned I had issues with the outside remote panel Jason was eager to provide an immediate solution by swapping the old panel out with an updated version and assisting with the recoding of the same. Finally, Jason’s colleague/trainee took the extra time with me to understand and perform the installation of the emergency hurricane interior door backing pole should that function be necessitated. The two techs here today I believe represent Precision Door to the highest standard. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

The service was professional, fast they provided good documentation. However, I did ask the door closure tension be adjusted. It does not appear that this was done. I cannot stop the door from closing with my hand. I think that is a safety hazard.
