I purchased the extended warranty after spring replacement a few years ago and the decal by the door opener button helped me remember who to call. Austin did an excellent job. He is very professional and awesome with customer relations. Would recommend Precision Door and especially Austin to anyone! I have had two other companies over the last several years, but you guys are best by far! Austin repaired the intermittent operation and recommended a surge protector. I have been thru several sprinkler controllers due to surges and had one blown off the wall. A surge protector is cheap insurance.

William did a great job!! Fixed the bent track, replace the opener connection that was ripped off and rehung the door properly. Did it all in about 40 minutes and everything works fine. I highly recommend this company. He saved me having to get a new door for $1450 with a $ 300 repair. Only regret is I can onl give 5 stars!

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door and I was very impressed. From the office staff who set up my appointment for same day service to the 2 Techs who took care of my garage door issue. The Techs found what was causing the problem immediately and they fixed it very quickly. I, also, got them to do an inspection which turned out well and gave me peace of mind. Bobby Boes, When Corey arrived he went over everything and showed me the cost for repairs of $224.25 I agreed to it . After the Job was completed he presented me with a bill of $324.25 a $100.00 bill;higher however he gave me a military discount of 10% of $34.00. The Job was completed in one hour This is a very high price for labor. No new parts were replaced We would like to have a complete breakdown of these charges sent to us on our Email John1962stella@ att.net We feel we have been overcharged. Great job by the repairman but he was not trained properly. Claimed he would take the 49.95 service charge away and if I bought 2 new remotes as I did do. Also told that I would a senior citizen and military discount. Got the discounts but did not remove the sevice charge as he said he would. Like the company but after this incident will no longer give them my business.

Wade was outstanding. He contacted me early yesterday with and arrival time. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed my problem and offered 2 alternatives to fix. After fully explaining to me these alternatives, I choose to replace the lift motor with your belt drive. Tech arrived early which was really appreciated on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem and got right on it, fixed it and was on his way. They came out to evaluate the same day I called. Important to me because I cannot manually lift my door. Immediately identified the problem and gave me three alternatives for repairing the door lift. I chose the one that would get my repair done as quickly as possible. They did not have the part needed on the truck, so I would have to wait until the next day. The only thing that I was not pleased about was that they did not call me to schedule the repair. I had to call them the next day, but they did offer to send the first available repairman to my house. Problem solved.

Called to replace broken spring, which was done, Technician continued to check components, strongly suggesting replacing motor, nearly $500.00, since it was loose. He said tightening was not possible. He was questioned repeatedly about this. We deferred additional repair at this time. Costal Garage Doors were called, repair and service call was accomplished for $55.00 Simply replacing a grommet & tightening, What a RIP-OFF, would NEVER use Precision again.
