We have used Precision since arriving in P'cola in 2016. They always are professional and do a wonderful job for us. We had to replace the garage door opener since it was the original to the house. Very happy with our purchase.

Precision Door replaced my garage door several years ago. They were efficient and professional, so when my garage door opener failed I had Precision Door install a new unit today. I am impressed by their timeliness and work ethic.

I called to have my garage door looked at a couple of weeks ago. Instead of trying to fix the problem all the technician tried to do was sell me product after product. He didn’t attempt to open up the panel or take a look around to see what the problem was. As soon as I told him I wasn’t interested in spending thousands of dollars he tried to get out of there as fast as possible. Yet, I still had to pay the $50 fee for him being there no more than 5 minutes. I then called All American and they knew what the problem was immediately and didn’t try to sell me a whole new garage. What a waste of time and money Precision was.

Excellent garage door repair. Educated me on scope of work and reason for pricing. I knew nothing and was quoted low, but technicians were helpful in explaining cost of full repair.

It was a company that I trusted before, as a matter of fact I was talking with your technician that Lift Master door opener that he is replacing was installed by Precision. I could be wrong, but the name stuck in my mind. So I called your company to take a look at it.

10!!! Turner was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. I have ADHD and he was able to explain everything about the garage door operations to my level. Very proficient… He was done in two hours. This company is very fortunate to have such an employee as Turner Cobb. He is not getting paid enough money for the service he provides.
