Outstanding from start to finish... Advertising, marketing, customer service staff, an on-site cost evaluation and installation performed by experienced technicians that appear to really enjoy there job, no kidding! Kudos to the owner. A quality product (Haas garage door systems) at a reasonable/fair price with an excellent warranty. I will recommend Precision Door Service to everyone... After getting a quote from American Door for over $650 to replace a torsion spring, I decided to give these guys a shot. Same day appointment for a quote AND repair (within an hour, actually) and did it for less than half of American's quote. The tech Austin was super cool, punctual, and knocked the repair out in no time. I can't recommend these guys enough and they're 100% my go to in the future.

Hunter Rogers came to our home on time and communicated w/us as he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and he explained everything to us. We have a special garage door and Hunter appropriately called the manufacturer when necessary to make certain that our various requests could be accommodated. NO COMPLAINTS...WERE ON TIME AT 8AM WHICH SURPRISED ME. THEY CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE...I ONLY WISH THEY HAD RUNG THE DOOR BELL INSTEAD OF WAITING IN THE TRUCK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SPRAYED THE DOOR LININGS AND ADVISED ME NOT TO USE WD-4O. TOLD ME THE PROPER SPRAY TO USE AND WHY. YOUR COMPANY IS A-OK WITH ME. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.

While it is beneficial to knock or ring the doorbell when we first arrive sometimes they choose to knock out tablet work before hand. Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. He replaced the 2 sensors, reworded both sides and tightened and replaced the screws holding the frame together. Great work and service. Would recommend both the company and the technicians. Talk about service! I called to have my garage door checked on the 23rd of December and had a tech out to fix the issue at my house 30 minutes later. Austin had a new garage door opener installed in less than an hour and I won’t have to worry about my car outside on Christmas. Thank you so much!

William Squires, our Technician, was awesome. I could have just had him to a quick repair job but he was so professional and competent in explaining everything else he could do at a very good price, how could I refuse. We now have a top of the line garage door opener system, so quiet and smooth. AND, it was all done with 60 minutes notice from when I called them to William showing up, with all the needed equipment. This window doesn't allow be to show all the new items we have

I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. I can tell he's very concerned about getting me a quote on a wood door, which is atypical construction material these days.

This company gives wonderful service. I called them with my problem about my garage door and they were her within 2 hours reasonable rates with 10% of for senior citizens and military, the young man that fixed my door was very courteous and very knowledgeable about his job so thank you so much.
