I started a chat and was able to get service scheduled for the next business day. Communication was excellent. Prior to the service tech coming out they sent a text with a short bio and a picture. I’m definitely giving Precision Doors a 5-Star rating. I needed assistance to correct the issue of water entering my garage, due to the storm. William Squires came and listened to my complaint. He smiled and with confidence said he could take care of the problem with a new rubber seal on the bottom of door. If that didn’t work, he said he would return to add an additional seal on floor. I assured him, I would call if this did not work. My compliments to the company for hiring such competent workers.

They went out of their way to get a technician to me on the day I called. I received a call back with an arrival btwn 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived at 1:00. He was courteous and worked quickly. My problem was a simple one, but it was huge to me, because it prevented me from using my garage door opener. JD came out as scheduled and gave us quotes to fix our garage door OVER $800?? What a rip-off on so many levels. We called OVERHEAD DOORS they came out within the hour and are fixing our door for less than half

I was stranded and couldn’t get my garage door to go up...for a Senior Citizen this is an issue as the garage door is very heavy! Precision Door Service was awesome! Great service! The technician was very efficient and very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in detail and had my garage door fixed in a very timely manner. I have referred them to my neighbor across the street. I plan in getting a new Linear Operator soon. This Company was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.
