Our garage door suddenly started having a mind of it's own, opening and closing at all hours. We called Precision Door Services to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. We were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. We received a call from the technician, Jordon McClure, when he was on his way, and we received a text from the company with a photo of Jordon so we knew who would be showing up at our door. Jordon quickly found the problem and made recommendations for us to consider. We elected to go with the complete motor overhaul and couldn't be happier. Our garage door is so quiet now. Jordon was very professional, arrived on time and completely cleaned up afterwards. Well worth the money and would highly recommend Precision Door Services.

Your repairman gave me 3 options, ranging from $2,200 - $4,300, to repair door after wife hit it with her car. I asked if it could be repaired, to which he replied "No." 1 ½ hours and 6 screws after he left, I had it back together, working as good as ever. What turned to out to be a simple bracket replacement and adjustment turned in to much more. Appears that the broken bracket was the result of past poor installs and required spring replacement due the weight of the door, that was not diagnosed when installed in 2015. Our tech Austin Fields quickly identified the problem and offered repair options. Once our decision was made all was well within the hour. Austin did a great job!
